  have you noticed how many jehovah witnesses are in their second and third marriage?

  why is it that a religion that says it's morally pure, has so many people in their second and third marriage?

  of course they say that there are no divorces in the jehovah witnesses, but that doesn't seem true.

  knew a married sis , commited adultry with someone, it was kept very quiet, and she was only given private reproof, she and her husband then divorce and both remarry without any explantion to the cong. So both show up at different KH with new spouses and no one knows why they got divorced or what. But she is in 'the in crowd" so they all just let it slide and she even got a bridal shower-private one, but would have been a cong one had not someone complained.So both remain in good standing in the "truth". It really is who u are and who u know, not what u have done. if they want to get u out, any reason will do. If they like u, u can do anything and be accepted.

  Where have all the jws gone?

  i had a pair of jws visit about 6 months ago,but nothing since,so there have all the jws gone?.

  any explainions.. someone couldn't get them 2 come around?

  Bill Parcells and the Cowboys

  even i was shocked to hear that bill parcells comes out of retirement to coach the cowblows .i think there is even a rumor that troy aikman will come out of retirement to qb .

  i don't know what do you think the cowboobs chances are next year?

  My hubby likes Bill, and says if jerry will leave him alone, we might have a chance at winning a few games. he says that bill might be willing to put up with some stuff form jones due to being out of it for so long. Where can we go but Up? I support my local team-but they have sure been an emabarassment.

  Being stalked?

  after calming down my two rowdy dogs, i kindly, but firmly, explained to these ladies that i had been df'd for almost 20 years and had no interest in talking to them.

  they both smiled, invited me to the local kh and left very quickly.

  the next week, a different car drove up in my driveway and two older men got out and i knew immediately that they were elders.

  Didn't u say u were new in the town? I very well remember a program on the service meeting suggesting persons to check with local utility co and anything that would have u registered as a part of the community, it was a way of contacting new people as they move into our territory . Sort of trying to be the first to welcome u to the community and invite u to the KH. I remember this very well, I would bet that is what has happened. Could be that all 3 persons that contacted u did the smae thing and just never relayed the info to each other. More info than one would like to think can be found out about anyone who ons property..Probably thye knew nothing about u at all, just that u were new in town.

  a lot of experiences have been written about elders spying on people, tailing them in cars, etc.

  i think this may have once happened to me, but am not sure if my intuition was correct or if my mind was just playing tricks.

  i sometimes have some paranoia as a result of the trauma of being in the jws, so i am not sure what to believe.

  Actually, a family member who is jw left their mate. the mate didn't want to be jw any longer. So my family member is divorced but not scriptually. My family member found another jw , fell in love , and the two of them staked out the former mates home, looking for evidence of adultry.(the former mate was not going to make it easy, and refused to admit anything) So i do believe that some jw individually do this kind of stuff,and years ago i did heard about a group of elders staking out a sis house so they could df her, since she refused ot admit anything. Nowadays, they would just da her for refusing to talk to them.Usually it is just someone that narcs on u, as all jw are taught to narc on each other. i hate to admit it but i have done it too, u get praised for helping keep the org clean. Family members are always suspect, if they are jw..

  also, totally related, but if u have applied for any kind of disability, most of them hire PI's and they will stake out your house and get u on video.there was a 60 minutes eposide a few weeks ago about this, UNUM being the biggest offender.

  i discovered a major security flaw on the silentlambs website, i e-mailed bill about it, setup up a small demonstration, mind you i told no one else about this.

  and the demonstration was benine, because this flaw could allow someone to forward the site to say porn sights.

  i won't go into detail, but let's just say i could cause alot of havoc with it.

  Know any female jw child molesters?

  i was reading an article in "jane" magazine today that talks about women child molesters.

  it said up to 40% of molestations may be done by women, it's just that its far more underreported than males.

  so, anyone know of any jw women molesters?

  My husband was molested at about age 4 by teenage babysitter-not jw.

  An x relative molested her cousin . Both were undera age-JWS

  There is a male/female rapist couple still in good stnding with JWS-for real

  Let The Lambs Tell Us What They Need.

  this isn't about the running of silentlambs.org.

  this is about the people themselves who have been abused.

  this is from someone who has never suffered from abuse, who is trying to understand the needs of those who have.. how can those who have not been abused help those of us here who have, and what can we do that would be really useful to those persons?.
