Menlo Park Legal Advisor Tells All

Thanks for the update Juan.
I hope some of the posters here realise the "proof" they seek is impossible to provide without breaking site JWN "T.O.S.", (Libel), or "outing" any Silicon Valley JW "heritics".
The case is also interesting in that it casts a light on the thought process of many mentally still "in" JWs, even after being disfellowshipped. The plaintiffs BELIEVE god will help them. They BELIEVE WTBTS is simply off course now, and they BELIEVE THEY are loyal JWs and they will not talk to any "APOSTATES". They also refuse to talk to current JWs because they are "Disfellowshipped". Total mind control.
The plaintiffs are simple uneducated men (window washers and a carpenter) who believed WTBTS is the channel for God. From what I was told by nearby JWs, it appears they BEGAN the lawsuit because they assumed the one Elder E.B. ( with a scandalous past) had gone "Rogue".
As far as the "tailing" etc., there are a few kooky JWs nearby who BELIEVE they are doing GODs bidding. (more cult mind control).

My 66th birthday is today!!
by Terry inonce i was little boy in fort worth, texas living with my maw maw and paw paw and mommy.. then, i was an 18 year old 6'4'' skinny 165lb religious nut being dipped in a baptismal during a local assembly.. suddenly, i was 20 and listening to a jail cell door clang behind me as a conscientious objector.. wow!
23 years old and put on parole until my 6 years sentence was ended!
i got married to a nice jw girl and had 3 kids!.

today i added a new article to my blog documenting the watchtower organizations longstanding and prevalent use of surveillance to police and enforce its policies among jehovahs witnesses.
current watchtower strategy is to direct this surveillance be performed by its local appointed representatives but without sharing the same policy information with jehovahs witnesses.

The Canadian fashion model recently told Du Jour Magazine that she has been a devout member of the religion all her life.
Rocha, who renewed her devotion on her 21st birthday, says the key to balancing her faith and career is having an equally religious spouse, and making a few adjustments to her multi-million dollar modelling contract.
“My faith is everything,” said the 24-year-old model who has walked for designers such as Marc Jacobs, Anna Sui and Stella MacCartney. “There aren’t many Witnesses who are in the public eye. I can’t even name any. It’s hard sometimes when you’re there alone. You’re not there with someone who can hold your hand and say we’ll do this together.”
Rocha said she and her manager-husband James Conran enjoy going door-to-door with their congregation to share their beliefs.

In her contract, Rocha makes it clear to designers that she will not wear revealing clothing, pose in suggestive positions with male models, or be associated anything religious or political.
Rocha admits that initially some designers were uncomfortable with adhering to so many clauses, but it has not affected her success. Last April she became the first high fashion model to have more than one million followers on Google+, while her portfolio includes 10,000 photos from the span of her career.
