Does anyone know of this guy, or agree with his statements on racial differences in IQ?
by Sugar Shane inhere are some quotes by the guy, from his youtube channel.
his name is stefan molyneux, and he’s apparently popular among the alt-right crowd.
he’s also widely quoted on these discussion boards, by certain ex-jws, who use him to help promote their political views.

IQs don't equal success imo. My husband and I aren't white, my husband is 1/8 black and he was an honor student. He learns very fast it's amazing. But he's an idiot and makes A LOT of mistakes.
My son has an IQ of 117 BUT he did terrible in school and has dysgraphia and developmental delays so WTF is up with that?! My toddler ALSO has a very hIgh IQ. He can literally memorize a whole movie or book after just watching/reading just 3 times. He can read and he's only three! BUT he is considered disabled and is on ssi because of his devlopmental delays . So WTF!
HOW IN THE HELL IS THEIR IQ HIGH YET THEY HAVE DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS???!!! They also have autism.
I couldn't get a good explanation from their developmental psychologist nor their developmental pediatrician.

I had many different ones. When I was 7 I wanted to be a human version of Jessica Rabbit lol Then there was this Mexican actress I really looked up to her name was Bibi Gaytan
Yeah, I look nothing like her hahaha. I also adored Lucille Ball. I was very upset when I was told she had died when I was 7or 8.
As a teenager I wanted to be like Shakira I even learned to belly dance and play the guitar. I also wanted to be like Carmen Elektra omg! lol I used to have her exercise videos
Now that I'm a bigger woman and a mom I look up to Ashley Graham because she's not afraid of her cellulite lol. Her confidence amazes me. I also really like Kristen Bell in general. She's an awesome mother, actress and human being. For inspiration I look to Malala
I'm obssesed with music and I really look up to Dave Grohl. I can't get enough of him and his music. He really inspired me and kept me going when I was a teen.

Book of Revelation
by Whynot inone of the things that really bothered me is how most of the book of revelation isn't understood by most jws.
most of the trumpets were already sounded many decades ago, is that still right?
it seems like most jws just look the other way.

It seems like most JWs just look the other way. I remember when we got the new updated book and I was really hopeful for new info but I was very disappointed. I also remember thinking, do they really think we're going to believe this crap?
I remember pointing out how most historians point to a different year for the destruction of Jerusalem but how we must trust Jehovah's timeline and how those archeological findings aren't accurate because they dated hundreds of centuries after it happened. I KNOW, I KNOW !!! I didn't know at the time and this was before I read Gentile Times Reconsidered by Carl Olof Jonsson. Little did I know that I put doubts in 2 people attending there lol
Seriously, I'm surprised it took me this long to wake up

My husband doesn't feel comfortable with it but he decided to play along lol. We're not calling it a B-day party though. It's called an "appreciation day" lol. I was thinking of getting cupcakes, pizza and ice cream then hitting a piñata.
What else do you do during a b-day party? I'm only inviting the neiborhood kids. Should I have music? Not sure...
How was it for you guys?

Satan , Israelite`s /Jews view ./ Satan Christendom`s views .
by smiddy3 inover the years i have come across different writings that suggest a total difference in how the chosen people of israel and the jewish religion of today with the "old testament" viewed "satan" and how the many of christendoms religions including the jehovah`s witnesses view satan in the bible .. they seem to be at odds with each other ?.
does the christian greek scriptures " new testament" contradict the hebrew scriptures of the "old testament " about who or what satan is ?.
the israelite`s /jews were gods chosen people for 4,000 years wouldn`t /shouldn`t they know better about satan than the christian religion that usurped the jewish religion ?.

I was just discussing this with my husband last week. I went to My Jewish Learning and beliefnet to see what they say about satan. Christians and Jews definitely have different views on the matter.

Are we losing our way a bit at JWN?
by nicolaou infirstly, i want to be crystal clear how grateful i am for jwn.
it's been my place of support for over seventeen years and it's the first online space i direct anyone to if they are taking steps out of the cult.
i am not bashing jwn - i love this place and appreciate the hard work and expense simon puts in to keep it going.

we used to be able to express opposing viewpoints without being subjected to name calling and censorship.
