Why omit John 8:6?

Perhaps we have the REAL reason why this verse was omitted by the Watchtower and other mainstream religions?

i understand these verses were removed in the nwt as well as some other bibles because they were added later & considered uninspired.

jesus protected an adultress so why remove it?

it fits in nicely with his teachings, does it not?

i understand these verses were removed in the nwt as well as some other bibles because they were added later & considered uninspired.

Should Jehovah follow the lead of the elders and the Faithful Slave where punishment is concerned?

how can one's love of god be pure while being tainted by the fear of punishment?

satan would point out that those who claim to love jehovah are merely afraid of being destroyed by him.

it is for this reason that we conclude that the only appropriate punishment for sinners would be a temporary and voluntary separation from jehovah god.

Under this plan, wrongdoers could choose, at any time, to turn around and make their way back to the light.

The disfellowshipping arrangement has been designed with this principle in mind. Disfellowshipped ones may come back at any time. Therefore, with this provision in place, it can be more convincingly argued that decisions handed down by the elders are not cruel, but meant to help bring lost sheep back into the fold. Similarly, if God allowed us to stray from him indefinitely (without the threat of eternal destruction), he could easily refute Satan's complaint by explaining that sinners may return to the light at any time without the fear of being harmed. Satan would not be able to claim that our love of God is related to our fear of destruction at Armageddon.

“The Lord breaks down our organization instructions further and makes them more practicable by further instructing us through his “faithful and wise servant.” He says, ‘Let us assign the field, the world, to special pioneers, regular pioneers and companies of Jehovah’s Witnesses...” Then there are details given on hours and back-calls for pioneers per month. The mouthpiece continues, “These directions come to us from the Lord through his established agency directing what is required of us...This expression of the Lord’s will should be the end of all controversy...These directions from the Lord...” Now, more details are given for individuals and companies dealing with territories. The Anointed then say, “...there is absolutely no excuse for anyone, man or woman, to claim to be unable to accept an individual territory assignment and assume full responsibility for it. Those who really love the Lord and are fighters for the New World will not try to excuse themselves on that or any other ground, but will hear the Word of the Lord when he says, Let us do thus and so...The Lord through his “faithful and wise servant” now states to us, “Let us cover our territory four times in six months.” That becomes our organization instructions and has the same binding force on us that his statement to the Logos had when he said, Let us make man in our image.” It is our duty to accept this additional instruction and obey it”

Once again, how is this commandment as binding as when Jehovah said to the Logos in Gen.1:26 “Let us make man in our image”?

The point I am trying to make is that the Book of Revelation is OPEN to interpretation. I made a rhyme lol. The question previous to this as well as this one DOES suggest interpretational freedom of MANY verses if not all.
