Thank you Heaven,,I agree with you,it just doesn't make sense to me,that while you are out trying to make converts you would treat someone that you know used to attend the hall as a child like that,,my daughter was never baptized but attended the hall her whole life till just a few years ago

Tim Horton's
by besunny inso both of my kids got a job at tim horton's,,and when i go to pick them up from work i see service car groups there taking a break on a regular basis,,,anyway yesterday when my daughter got home she told me the the most rude people she had to deal with the the car group,and they left a big mess at their table,,what makes it worse is the one girl used to be friends with my daughter when we still went to the hall,,so she was a little upset,,,my question is how can you be out in service and act one way and then while taking a service break be so rude to the worker's,,.

Did You Feel Like A Pest When You Went House To House?
by minimus ini hated going from door to door.
it was really bad when the neighbors would call each other and say that we had arrived.. what pests we were!.
now, i don't bother anyone if i can help it!

yes I felt like a pest to,,eventhough I did door to door for almost 40 yrs I would always get some anxiety while at the service meeting thinking about what I was going to say and such,,,when I starting fading that was the first thing I stopped doing,,and what a relief!

Did anyone find the movie The Grey slightly offensive?
by Chemical Emotions inits portrayal of grey wolves was horribly inaccurate.
it will probably lead to an even more negative attitude toward wolves, which puts them in more danger.
i believe i read that the creators bought dead wolves while producing the movie.. its main characters' philosophizing was pretentious, cliched, and insulting to my intelligence.

I really didn't like the movie either,,totally unfair picture of wolves,,just glad I watched it at home on Vudu and didn't pay big bucks at the theater

Yes,,I married about a year ago out of the org and I must tell you it's been the happiest year of my life so far,,also my 2 best friends that I grew up with at the KH married out of the org years ago and both have had an over 20 year happy life with their husbands.....I married in the truth when I was 25 to a brother that was a reg. pioneer and had 3 kids with him and it was a very misrable exsistance,,he was very controlling and emotionally and physically abusive,,the headship thing went right to his head,,,,I suggest when you find someone just make sure that person is your bestfriend and spend time alot of time with them before you get married,,and in or out of the truth that person must be your bestfriend,,,,just because you are both in the same religion doesn't mean everything will be ok,,also you can be happy outside of Jehovah's Witness's,,the world is a big place.
