Well it looks like the WBTS has just discovered some "new light". Good thing they found out before tonights airing of dateline so, when I have the local PO visit next week he'll be able to tell me they had been woking on the problem way before Friday nights episode.

by Parliament ini had a 2 hour converstion with a p.o.
today.
i brought up the '75 controversy and he told me the the wbts only mentioned '75 in the '68 watchtower and again in late '75, but it never said that it would be then.

I have seen many posts here that have reference to the wtbs making a good case for that year. I remember a few leaving the org when '75 came and went. He went on to say that too many people speculated that year and he did'nt know why. He asked me to show him any other references that the org made that would lead anyone to come to that date. I have seen alot of them here but dont know where to start looking.

DONT buy anything other than a harley. My wife started riding mine last year and she is making me get another.YIPPY!!! She wants it. I am looking for an 95' fat boy. I have rode my sporty over 21,000 miles in the past 12 years and have had to put about $1500.00 for needed repairs in that time. $130 a year is CHEAP. I have made some real good friends from riding a harley, that I dont think I would have made without it. I'm not saying you wont make friends if you dont have a harley, only that it is an easy conversation piece. I posted a link to mine cause I cant figure out how to get a picture posted on here. lets imagine you are starting or have a business and you need an accountant.. one of your main concerns is their honesty.. you interview some potential employees.. they have very similar qualifications and experience.. the only difference is their religious beliefs.. person 1 is a catholic.. person 2 a moslem.. person 3 an atheist.. person 4 jehovah's witness.
(imagine you are not disfellowshiped so they wont shun you).

I have read a few posts in threads about organ transplants. Does anyone have a list of articals regarding the transplant issue. The past April I gave my sister a kidney. She had been sick for almost 7 years. She is a witness. I remember her saying that at one time transplant where not allowed. When I asked an elder that stops by my house, he tells me that the org has not change there mind on this matter,that it has always been a Conscience matter. If it had been banned, thank goodness she got sick when she did. I'd be pissed if she would have had to go through all those years, not being able to live a normal life( if any life at all). I am the only one in my direct family that is not a witness, and I didnt even give it a second thought. I do get compliments from other witness's that I run into that know her and I. So, if it was banned I would like to show this elder that in fact it was.
