i took a hiatus from jwn because the wall started to collapse because i lost several people ive known almost my entire life.

these were people i thought would never die, the lies told by the watchtower is unforgivable!

there was a party i attended keeping a low profile while documenting what was said.

f the Conti case is successful, the financial implications will be devastating. It will serves to encourage hundreds if not thousands of other victims and the effect will be too much for any organization.

Yes i do agree with you on that. From a financial perspective it will be a big deal. It will create a precedent. There is a lot of people out there who who were abused, and once they realize they can potentially make a few million, they will start coming out of the woodwork. I personally know 2 women who were abused as kids by a Jdub. I hope they will think of taking action as well.

But for existing JWs it will just be another sign of persecution.

You are being way too optimistic. It will not have any significant impact. I have spoken to JWs about these cases, and I can tell you they don't create that much controversy.

I've seen some JWs say that you can't trust the media, so they even doubt these cases are true. Other just say that the Org is not perfect, and there will always be a few bad seeds, bla bla bla.

Why were no sea creatures destroyed in the flood?

all the animals on earth were destroyed in the flood of noahs day apart from those in the ark ,apparently no sea creatures were destroyed in the flood , why is that ?.

this is not an issue that only affects jehovahs witnesses , it is one that affects all beleivers that accept the bible as gods word.. obviously sea creatures were not put on the ark , no whales ,no dolphins , no fish , no krill , no plankton etc.

you can fill in the rest .. so my question is , why were land animals / birds singled out for destruction ?, what wrong did they do to deserve this judgement against them .

As the waters were mixed with both salt and fresh water, it would be logical that ALL creatures living in water would have died!

You're kidding, right? Do you know the proportion of salt water vs fresh water? I guess fresh water fish would have died yes, but not salt water creatures.

That is almost like having a gigantic salt water tank at home and dropping one single drop of fresh water in it. Nothing will happen.

i found an article on the dr. sears website about the benefits of breasfeeding.

according to the article it says: "a drop of breastmilk contains about one million white blood cells.

" it also says "colostrum also contains higher amounts of white blood cells..........than mature milk.

I agree that it makes the policy indefensible! It's worse than a blood transfusion because breast milk is actually ingested and processed by the body as food, while a transfusion is a replacement of tissue.

It's getting to the point that this policy has as many holes as the whole story of the Noah's flood.

heir policy was also in contradiction to the belief held that if given the chance, anyone could be a Jehovah's Witness. Not true for hemophiliacs and others requiring whole blood products to survive.

and since hemophial is a genetic condition,then why would Jehoober allow this to happen knowing that they need whole blood products to live?

Almost scary to think that it was this same type of barbaric and backwards civilization that wrote the bible and and other "holy" books. And we now mold our lives according to the inventions they wrote.

Wait a minute. Isn't this the same god that flew polar bears and koalas across the ocean to the middle east to be stuffed in a wooded box, so that he could flood the earth and destroy all vegetation along with 99.9 percent of all animals in order to kill a few humans? seems feasible to me...
