This presentation of 1914 is typical of their mind control, in no way do they spell out how the doctrine is arrived at, they just take that as a given, when was the last time they laid the doctrine out for all to see, in all its glory ?
The last real mention of it in a teaching way is hidden at the back of the falsely titled "What does the Bible really teach?" book, in an Appendix !
Their primary doctrine and they have to tuck it away in case someone with a little bit of critical thinking skill says to themselves WTF?

The WT becomes an apostate to the "truth" it taught every time it changes its teachings, and the new teaching becomes "truth" for ashort time.
They are the best example of Apotasy in that the have "stood apart" from the truth of the Bible from their very beginning, as they themselves admit by changing their teachings.

Why invite those who love Jesus when they will be expected to ignore his kind invitation to all to drink and eat, and if such people attend the meetings for the rest of the year, they will hardly hear a mention of Jesus?

They are caught between a rock and a hard place with the doctrine, let it go and they have nothing to back their claim to be chosen by Jesus in 1919 and therefore nothing to give them the justification for ruling 7 million with an iron rod, and more importantly to them no doubt, no reason to receive any donations of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
And yet, draw attention to the doctrine in this way and they are risking it getting more scrutiny, and it won't take even alittle bit of scrutiny.
I ain't the sharpest tool in the box, but one day I read Daniel 4 without WT goggles on and thought "The fulfilment is right there in the chapter ! nothing about a greater fulfillment ! 1914 just isn't in the Bible !"

BOTR is right as to how the world views ordination, but of course, the WT is above all that ,and it uses the word as it sees fit, not how everyone else does.
But in its claim that all, or even some, are ordained the WT may find it comes back to bite them in the bum, in the Courts here in the U.K at the moment there is a case where it is being claimed that because the particular minister was ordained by the Church, they are responsible for what he does,and for his welfare, in that the Church is his employer, in the past the Church has got out of such responsibility by claiming that God was their ministers employer !
The WT likes to distance itself from Elders that get into trouble, DF them quick and say they are "no longer a JW" was the method.
They may not be able to do that in the future if any of their ordained ones get in trouble, even saying "we did not ordain them, Jehovah did" would do no good, they claim to be His sole representative on Earth, so the ordination came through them.
They may find they are locked in to a union with there adherents that they cannot in law break, and this by their casual misuse of one word !
