DoC: The article to "love" DF people will be in the Public Edition.The article to treat DF people as tho dead will be in the Study Edition.
On the one hand I also think that the society is - and will be - "doubble-faced". But on the other hand nearly all their publication are meanwhile "public", also the study-WTand the KM.
So they have to choose a different way to promote their real opinion. But I don't know, how they will do it.

Asking for confirmation: Bethel factory in Germany
by bats in the belfry inin january 2015 my devout and longtime 'in the truth' jw relatives (50+ years) went to the german bethel factory in selters.
they were shocked seeing an near empty factory floor and were told that some printing presses supposedly have been sold to 'worldy' companies.i got to hear the stunning admission out of their mouths: "we left with the impression they are closing up shop".just whoa!
to me it sounds like a firesale - "because everything must go" (die hard iv).. has anyone else seen the factory in that condition?

by sir82 ini will have plenty of "snark" to post later on, but please indulge me while i get this out of my system..... suppose you are the leaders...yes, the leaders...there are only 7 of you...for the one true religion in all the universe.. jehovah the god of the whole universe speaks to you, you alone, out of 7 billion+ people on teh planet.. you have an opportunity, thanks to the advancements in technology, to speak to 750,000 of your followers "live", and another 750,000 or so within 24 hours.. 1.5 million people!

this is the first time in history you can simultaneously, or nearly simultaneously, address so many of your adherents.. what message are you going to present for this special occasion?.

In this regard, we are pleased to announce that revised editions of What Does the Bible Really Teach? and “Keep Yourselves in God’s Love” will be released in the future. Recent adjustments related to doctrinal matters will be reflected in the revised editions. Also, material in the revised books will be updated to contain quotations and references from the revised New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures . In view of these upcoming revisions, it would be good to give special attention to reducingthe supply of the books that may be on hand.
This part is missing in the German letter. So it might be that the books are as usual released first in English because the German revision of the NWT isn´t ready at the moment.

Are we starting to treat DF people differently?
by Quarterback insome may remember the time when the private study edition of the wt wasn't to be made available to outsiders, and the df'd.. now, with the recent boe letter, sept 1, 2014, it specifically states that jw.org is making the km available even for df'd individuals.. do you sense a new trend developing?.

Perhaps they will make a difference between people who are "only" sexual "unmoral" on the one hand and those who are acting publically against the org on the other hand. Hm, maybe they soften their position towards the first group? Just thinking...
