A lot of people are questioning the truth and having debates about the blood issue all of which wasn't the sort of debate that a true christian should be involved in!

what???? i know i've read in watchtower publications that christians are to make sure of ALL things? and on the blood thing, hello???? peoples lives are at stake!

my normal gossip network has no reliable data, just scuttlebutt.

Kind of Depressed, Looking for Someone to Talk to

some of you on this board know me, or at least part of my story, very likely most of you do not.. i am a 21 yr old male from chicago who finally mustered the courage to da myself roughly 6 months ago.

being a 3rd-generation jw, my grandfather was an elder 45 years, so this developed a reputation and precedence for me that i would one day be a co.. or go to bethel.

such high expectations, which i am happy i never fulfilled.

Looking for New game Ideas...have new Smurfs!

i recently ran accross some new smurfs, i have papa, smurfette, and an unnamed smurf.

they are about 12 inches tall, stuffed toy smurfs...probably are full of those little foam pellets that get everywhere and pollute the environment, but they're cute so what the hell...*l* i need game ideas that aren't too time intensive, but not too easy for most apostates...as well, i know where all the good smurf stuff is, so if you're looking for smurfanalia let me know.. sincerely, .

44th Grammy Awards Discussion

1. ozomatli's grammy for "embrace the chaos" was actually a make-up grammy for last year.

their self-entitled cd last year is the bomb--but embrace the chaos is only ok. ozomatli is a street band from la and if you haven't listened to them, you are missing real talent not just samples and hooks.. 2. nelly furtado got snubbed.

i thought it was pathetic, the way alicia keys won everything.

i know jurassic 5 and have seen cake in concert twice. the memorial day 2001 cake concert was the best concert i've been to so far :)

so i'm guessing this music fest is not anywhere near where i live :( a great line up!

lisa, i've put ozomalti on my list of to buy cds :) it's getting quite large now haha.

have you heard of Manu Chao? they are great! just discovered them this past weekend :) they sing in both spanish and english. very fun!
