here is my introduction letter.

my jw and biological sister is getting married this weekend and 3 weeks ago i received a letter actually uninviting me to this showy display.

i was stunned to say the least.

Love your family and treat them with the respect and dignity you want for yourself. Their lack of class and decency is deplorable. I am sorry you were treated like that.

I got it from a non jw. So far it works for me. I don't like all the pressure to sell it, but what the hay...I do what I want.

Why do all the COs have food intolerances/allergies/special dietary requirments?

it's a well known phenomenon i've observed from jwn, my own cos. a new co we had once who was fresh from being a normal elder and after a couple of visits he said, "well i've finally become a true co...i now have food intolerances.".

i mean, only once did my husband and i ever have a co around for dinner and they couldn't eat this, he couldn't eat that, she couldn't eat this...it was so hard to cook something with none of the zillions of things they were 'allergic' to.. and then after all that the wife couldn't come anyway because she had a naturopath appointment or something.. why do all co's seem to have weird dietary problems?.

Because they CAN. It's a form of manipulation that forces one to not simpLy jump when the org says, "jump!", but to ask, " HOW HIGH, LORD?"

we had an old brother that looked and even dressed a bit like fred franz.

he always interspersed his comments with what happened in the 1930's and 1940's.

Mostly brown-nosing elders' wives and piosneers, if memory serves.

Once my unbaptised youngest son went to the book study when the co was conducting it, He answered from the OLD red parasite book and threw the study into disarray. The co got up and looked at my son's book and was freaked that the books were so far apart in that answer. LOL
