As the court did acknowledge the duplication on the part of the litigant’s legal team, the litigant must pay court costs regarding the single branch of the motion to dismiss.
If for instance the litigation was for $1M, then Watchtower must pay, however if the court’s cost for the acceptance of the one branch of the motion meant $50k in costs, then that would be deducted from the $1M
