  i am so intrigued by all of these science and history shows.

  with the universe being so large, with the fact that we have ocean floors we cant even get to, with all of the amazimg artifacts...isnt it possible?

  there is so much we dont know.

  It seems pretty obvious to me. About the time DNA was discoverd in the '50s; (which blew the doors off the then established evolution theory) the masses started getting regular doses of UFO / Alien stories surfacing into the mainstream.

  As scientific understanding about the enormous complexity of DNA and the interdependent irreducible complexity of a single cell has increased, it just so happens that corresponding doses of alien myths have mysteriously increased as well.

  It is a well know FACT that life could not have arisen by chance. Alien myths are just the newest fairy tale meant to pacify the masses during the breakdown of established evolution theory.

  Our understanding of the complexity of life is at an all-time high, and so are the alien fables shoveled nightly to the masses through media.

  God is an eternal Spirit and he gave man (who was created in his image) an eternal spirit to enjoy fellowship with him, receive gifts from him and to reciprocate love back to him.

  While man cannot will himself to cease to exist, he can determine in this life where he will spend eternity.

  I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: 10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

  Death is simply the separation of the body from the soul/spirit. -

  And they ridiculed Him, knowing that she was dead. 54 But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying, “Little girl, arise.” 55 Then her spirit returned, and she arose immediately.

  While the body appears sleeping, is unconscious, & "knowing nothing" after death, the soul most certainly is not sleeping at all.

  a popular sydney news reader died this week (of cancer, at age 73).

  the news reports from a number of sources were uniform in praising the man, both professionally and for his human qualities.. and, the obituaries all mentioned his partner:.

  Irregardless of what apostate churches say or do, God says no to homosexuality AND to those who approve of it.

  "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven

  against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men . . .

  for what is against nature (lesbianism).

  Likewise also the men ...burning in their lust for one another,

  men with men committing what is shameful (homosexuality) . . .

  The answer for homosexuals is the same as for anyone else desiring to avoid judgment after they die (Hebrews 9:27). And it is not more will power.

  Cofty, Really? You are going to play words games now? That's amazing. Let's see what others are saying:

  The Nobel Prize Organization states : DNA carries the genetic information of a cell and consists of thousands of genes.

  You've got problems of your own. I wouldn't worry about others. Genetic algorithims prove that it would require more DNA than could fit in the entire universe to code 124 proteins just to provide ONE chance to get the coding right. And then, this does not even begin to address the supreme problem of the storage system of DNA itself whereby Harvard graduates have stuffed an amazing 700 Terabytes of information into one gram of DNA. What came first, the information or the storage system? Why?

  Try to imagine a bridge developing under Darwin's Theory. Until you can walk across the bridge the wasted structure detracts rather than adds to its success, yet the bridge is far too complex to be built in a single generation. Now, if Genetic Algorithms can't even build a simple bridge how could they possibly build the human eye?

  Richard Dawkins knows as do most scientists that Materialism is dead from a probability standpoint. Notice his prolific use of "just so" language.

  Can you expalin an evolution process that would account for where all the information in DNA could come from?

  The possibilities of it occurring by chance are devastating.

  A lot of materialists have moved on to aliens Lisa. Scientific discoveries have eliminated the possibility of life occuring by chance here on earth. This of course just kicks the can down the road a bit.
