Exit Strategy - My plan to leave

Frankwtower: Go for it, if you don't, you will regret not taking advantage of an education. My older brother who was in the military and became interested in the BORG not knowing all the facts, eventually became an elder. As time went on he decided he wanted to use his G.I. Bill to go to college.
The brothers discouraged this and told him if he did he would be removed as an elder. Well he conceded and he has been regretting that decision ever since and he's pissed that he allowed them to control his life. He knows the truth about the truth. So he advises all jdubs to go to college.
Be all you can be,so you can let them see,your not drinking that nasty kool aid anymore. God speed!!!

How Do JWs View Gluttony?

in my county, some of our appointed brothers and sisters are suffering from obesity, eating disorders and heavy drinkings.
what is the best way to approach brothers in charge, who are morbidly overweight, don't care about their physical appearance?

3.5 years vs. a lifetime of going door to door.
by tootired2care indid it bug you as a witness that jesus only had to go from door to door for 3.5 years, and he was done; while he demanded that you do it for your whole life without preparing for the morrow?
i just remember a few years back reflecting on the daunting prospect of doing it my whole life if the end didn't come - "sooner rather than later".
what are your thoughts?.

If Jesus and his disciples actually went door to door like the jdubs do today, they wouldn't have had ti me to travel to other areas to accomplish the little that they did. Jesus would have to record all those not at homes and turn in the slips to the Sanhedrin,so they would get credit for preaching. Because you know God reviews all those time slips to determine who goes to heaven or hell.

their constant emphasis on simple life prevents you from entering into debt-imposed problems safeguarding you from the possibilities of sleepless night, financial stress and the rest .. 2) their behavioural control mechanism helps to constantly keep your lives in checks and balance by injecting sanity into your conscious being.. 3) reporting you deviant thoughts, feelings, and actions to leaders helps to coordinate your life and brings it in conformity to impeccable manners(the desire of every sane human mammal).. 4) their extensive use of cult generated information and propaganda constantly triggers your consciousness for the need to do things right (a positive reinforcement).. 5) their ethical use of confession makes you see that the universe cares for you and you are not alone in the grand scheme of things.. 6) their loaded languages offers you feelings of belonging, which we all aspire in a secluded and socially quarantined world.. .

My first wife was a jdub, and she made my life holy hell. My 2nd wife is a baptist but doesn't go to church and my life has been nothing but marital bliss. The brothers can't do a damn thing about it if you marry someone outside the BORG, you will just have to endure the talks that come across the platform about marrying only in the Lord. It's not a disfellowshiping offence.
If you are a fader like me you don't need to worry about the talks because you won't hear them. You couldn't pay me to marry another jdub period.

The G.B. is starting to realizes that the blacker the berry the sweeter the juice. Bro.Hurd turned them on at the local night club last week with all those lap dances and grinding sessions. That's when the idea hit them, hey brothers wouldn't be great if the black sisters went all natural and donated the proceeds that they are wasting through hair care to the BORG.
Take a sisters hair care products away and she will kick your ass, guaranteed. I know I'm married to a sister.

i think we should even this out by commending them whenever they get something right.. for example, the cover of the 2012 yearbook is a vast improvement on the year before!.
