AnnaNana, It seems to me you have faith and trust in JWorg....they bring repoach upon Jehovah to put it mildly. When the publish lies in his name...LIES because Truth stands up and doesn't keep changing. Satan is the father of the lie. Do they teach some truths? sure, as do other religions...doesn't mean Jehovah claims them for his organization. Christendom was in other countries promoting the Bible and Christ and Almighy God long before the WTBTS ever came along. So one could argue Chrstendom is God's organization. The JW claim they are God's organization because Jesus chose them as the faithful steward in 1919...they were preaching all manner of lies , notably that miiions then living wouldn't die, pyramidology, and lots of other nonsense if you do the research. So for JWorg to be Jehovah's organization, he would have had to approve all the lies and false prophecy during that time frame if one is willing to believe JW WTBTS. You can't have it both ways. Either it is JWorg and the truth or it isn't. JWorg doesn't allow you to have it both ways...You HAVE to trust that the GB are the slave and do as you are told.

AnnaNana, I am so confused by the things you are writing. You seem to be defending an organization that is corrupt! It publishes Lies and makes claims either Jehovah or Jesus directed the publishing of those lies. If you are preaching house to house, are you directing people to JWorg? Where are you directing people? Are you telling them you are a JW and therefore associate yourself with the org?

this is interesting : matt 26:28 for this means my 'blood of the covenant,' which is to be poured out in behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins.according to wt, the christian greek scriptures were ( see copy ) wt 74 6/15 serve with eternity in view : also, it is to the spirit-anointed christians who will rule in that kingdom that most of the christian greek scriptures is directed, including the promises of everlasting life ( pasted from wt 74 6/15).
so matt 26:28 is at the lord's evening meal where the new covenant is being initiated.

If one sees 'mistakes and misunderstandings', they have to put up and shut up or they will be kicked out, so if you try to "comfort" someone with what the Bible says verses WT, you are speaking against god's organization. Just becaus men create something and put God's name on it doesn't mean it is God's organization ( there was a festival to Jehovah because the golden calf was their god that led them out of Eqypt.
Over the years, the WT has published various articles on the pagan origins of many traditions and therefore advice not to practice them because of where their origins were rooted. If one used that same standard where the WT is concerned, they would run as pyramidology played a major part in the teachings at the origin ( pretty pagan if you ask me.)

happy is that slave if his master on arriving finds him doing so.
truly i say to you, he will appoint him over all his belongings.

parallel account in LUke 12:42-48 shows different slave descriptions: 42....faithful steward.....45 that slave...beat the male and female servants.....47 ...that slave who understood the will of his master, but did not...do what was asked...48 but the one who did not understand....( I see 4 slave descriptions )
When JW speak of the faithful and discreet slave, they just cherry pick what they want from Matt 24:45

If you go by what is quote from WT74 and what JW teach, only the 144000 anointed would be forgiven-because they are the only ones in that covenant, and the Christian Greek Scriptures are mostly directed to them...are you following this?
Also of interest is none of the apostles were anointed by holy spirit in that upper room until Penecost , which was after this covenant was made. ( so those who were not "anointed" were partaking with Jesus, and yet JW instruct only the anointed can partake. -

The presenter brought out how those 2 area below the under eye semi circle ( looks like sections with trees to me ) are sort of like the "side locks" for want of a better word on the images of the Egyption Sun god Horus. And some of you may know ( I think it was The Finished Mystery ) another image representing Horus was on the cover of that book...Makes ya wonder...... -
