Read same article back in the 80s. It's an old article. Inner rooms could " maeby" be congregations. That was written longe before halls started being sold. They must do update on article they study. The idea was everyone was gonna hide local Hall. But many are sold.

Who cares anymore really. They just want to put a title too someone that gonna push play in the meetings. It's all videos and information a child can understand. They could have elders in their teens or wearing dippers. Don't think it's gonna raise or lower quality of org at this point. Or why don't have AI robot as elders? Yeah that gonna least show org Is moving forward with development.

Joined an online meeting incognito
by joey jojo ingot a link for a zoom meeting and thought id share my experience about the mid-week meeting.. guessing about 100 - 120 in cong.. 50 on zoom, only 8 with cameras on - all elderly.
watching from a detached point of view it's so obvious at how it is nothing but a glorified sales meeting, all designed to promote the org.
inspirational videos about how everyone can/ should do more to help with projects, in particular how to look after the kingdom hall, complete with bar charts showing levels of achievement to aspire to.. interestingly, tonights book study is about alcohol..

In western world there's not coming in people from territory. Most that attend meetings are older. Many of them won't be alive in ten years. Plus all young abandoning org. I think I'm ten years in the western world half of JWs be gone from org cause different reasons ( Die Old age, inactive, DF, just drop of).

I remember when we went out door to door in groups years ago. No body was home. But saw how people kept passing the JWs on the Street. No JW stopped and gave this people a brochure or something. After one hour conductor said it was time to stop, cause noone was home. But I counted about 25 people hade passed by street we were working. I realised that most JWs out with us in service actually don't wanna meet anyone. It's like meeting attendance. You go so other members in congregation see your doing something. Effective Witnessing was out of question.

Can watchtower really continue with cart preaching? It has become like zoom. We're people attending zoom not wanting attend halls. Carts have become a substitute for real watchtower preaching aka door two door. Was out walking. Saw cart with jws. They we're 3 of them sitting in a bench just talking too each other. Almost pretending the cart wasn't there's. The cart was like 3 meters beside them 😂 . Back in the 90s we used to go alone in service knocking doors. 3 persons to sit beside a cart?😁. I bet everyone of them counting hours. This religion has become a joke. Soon every One on this religion gonna become pioneer by sitting beside a cart, drinking coffee, doing one hour preaching ( or what they call it) a month. I have seen carts with four person.

Uhhumm big things happening in jw land. New shining bright light. They let you have a beard. But now that uncle Tony is gone. Are they gonna drop the tight pants rule also? We all in expectation what the new light on this gonna be. Or like muffin Sanders like too say, it's "trilling" and "exiting" news.

Hellothere
Everything JW this day's is about socialising. Has nothing to do about saving lives or practising what you learn at meetings. That's why this organization Is not going anywhere. People just see it as social club. Have even heard from non JWs, that they think Kh are just places people go too mingle with each other.

Predict JW life in future
by ExBethelitenowPIMA ina sister said the other day at the ministry group “”what is all this talk that the end is still some way off” she said she has been waiting for decades and she was told there is no way it would take this long.
some others said in an annoyed kind of way yes they would have made different decisions decades ago if they knew the end still would not have come by 2023.. how will the majority react in a few more decades time when the end still hasn’t come?.
why all that talk of sense of urgency decades ago?.

One thing lots of JW feel are the waste of time watchtower put them thru. 3 day's meeting. Assembles that went on for days. Numerous books and magazines to read. They could just hade one meeting a week like many churches. Stick to bible and not have loads of books ' explaining ' the Bible. Just a Waste of time and resources. Another it's on its way with new media center. I bet if they hade done a mental evaluation of watchtower leaders, from Rutherford to now. Things would have looked very different. I bet lots of them hade serious mental problems.
