Are you serious? Do they really have their own orchards, cider/syrup processing room, and a GOLF COURSE?!! All the while telling members to keep it simple? Please tell me this is an exaggeration. My blood is boiling! I need to remember to take by bp pills!

Just yelled at my mom today
by trujw insorry to post this but for some reason after a year of not talking i got drunk this morning(yeah i know no lecture) and called my mom and blew up.
i tolded her she was a false prophet and a horriable christian mother who never even came to her grandson's birth by my wife.
my words came out like a river of rage from which i never knew.

You said what you needed to say, trujw. But please consider sending your Mom a card simply letting her know you still love her. If she is getting older, you don't want to have regrets, even tho I realize she isn't behaving in a loving manner towards you. She is controlled by a strange religion, and contiues to drink the kool-aid. You may have made her think a bit as well, and might want to keep the door open for her to contact you. I hope you feel better now with things off your chest.

How does this reflect poorly on God? He did not give the order for these crazy evil terrorists to kill anyone. Like the WT, they twist things the way they want them to be. I don't think God was smiling when these acts were taking place!

Advertising the REAL Jehovah's Witnesses when I can...
by okage intoday, my wife went to labcorp to take a pre-employment drug screening.
she doesnt have a driver's license, so i took her.. in the waiting room, with the magazines were a copy of atalaya (watchtower) and despertad (awake).
it'd be nice to think they were left by a jw who decided then and there that she'd had enough of the lies, but from what i gathered on jwn, it was probably a lazy publisher counting it as perpetual service hours.. anyway, on the back of both, i left the message "for more information about jehovah's witnesses please google candace conti.".

OTWO, you are quite an amazing person! What an enormous heart you have.

A treacherous heart might decieve a Christian making him unable to see that his family is actually, Moloch.
by Theocratic Sedition infrom this week's congregation bible study, the first 8 paragraphs of chapter 4 in the jeremiah book.
page 44 as follows.. in our case, we certainly do not think of ourselves as worshippers of idol gods.
however, under the heading of "god", one dictionary says: a person or thing of supreme value.

This stuff is written by people who live off the donations of others. They have absolutely NO idea what it takes to live in the real world, and yet make sure they are telling others what they must do, including telling them they need to give more money cause the wtbts isn't rich enough yet. That stuff makes me so angry!!!!!

Son returned home nad full speed ahead with all the jw stuff...
by marriedtoajw inas i stated in my last post, my son, age 21 visited his jw grandparents and aunt and uncle in another state.
when he left, about 2 months ago, he wasn't sure if he wanted to come back at all or just stay and live with them.
right before leaving, he quit his part time job, dropped out of school, mid quarter and left to go to a comic book convention with his jw uncle.

married, you sound like you need to recharge your batteries so you can fight back! I don't mean by being confrontational, as that would be playing into their hands ,but in an intelligent way. Please find some affordable way to recharge yourself, whether it be a guys weekend somewhere doing things you enjoy, or a family weekend at a indoor waterpark, or simply a 1x/week night out of bowling or anything you like to do. Re-charge!
I don't know if you have gone to jwfacts, but you need the info there to help you combat this religion. You don't want to lose your family to this. Try to go there every day for info so you can back up what you are saying. NEVER be argumentative, just matter of fact when discussung the beliefs. Slowly feed all your children the information as well as your wife. Your oldest will be the hardest as he is being love bombed and enjoying all the attention, as is your wife.
And please make the 21 y.o. get a job. It may take a while, but there is no reason he cannot find something, and should be looking. He can start his own lawn service. You can use the job hunt to talk about how difficult the job market is for people w/o higher ed., and how much more difficult it can be for those with out further education, along with lower wages. DO NOT give him any money without having him do something for it. You are enabling him, and I am sure you love him too much to want him dependent on you. Your wife probably does all the housework and laundry, so she does have a full time job. But if you could use a hand financially, perhaps it's time to have a discussion about her getting part time employment and everyone pitching in with the housework to ease her burden there. Plenty of jw women work. No reason she can't if you need the help. I remember one jw who had 7 kids, Her husband was strained financially and when he told her he needed her to help with the finances, she told him she couldn't, the children needed her. He had to get a SECOND job! Like the kids didn't need their father! and their oldest son went to work at the same place Dad got his second job. That woman was just lazy! And a bit strange. Btw, he still works that second job, all these years later. I know, because I see him there. You deserve the life you want, married. Do it for all of your children!
