  what are birthmarks?

  birthmarks are areas of raised or flat discolored skin that are usually visible on a baby's skin at birth.

  they tend to be the result of an abnormal development of blood or lymph vessels, but no one knows the exact cause of all birthmarks.

  recently i have noticed mentionings of charles taze russell.

  some have said that he was a freemason and was mesmerized by the great pyramids of egypt.

  in fact he created a chart called the "plan of the ages", others feel he was a nut and yet others to this day follow closely the teachings and prophecy interpretations of scriptures.

  Because contrary to "some" beliefs, they are human.

  What use to bug me are the ones that wore the same thing ALL THE TIME. I wanted to rearrange the look of their outfits so they would at least look different sometimes. Add a different colored scarf or put the blouse on backwards or something. Anything!

  they find life on mars?.

  as most of us know....they are expecting communication from the spacecrafts they have sent to the red planet.

  they are searching for water, organic matter, and signs of life.. how would your understanding of things change......if at all........if they find life there?.

  It wouldn't challenge my faith or lack of. Like dw said, if they found "intelligent life...hmmm, I don't know how I would react to that. I doubt I would believe it. I'd have to talk to them myself. lol! Ask to see some form of ID. hahaha.

  i have been watching a couple of the movies retelling the life of christ and i was wondering about the words jesus said to the criminal who asked him to remember him.. the king james version reads: and jesus said unto him, "verily i say unto thee, today shalt thou be with me in paradise" luke 23:43. the new world translation reads: and he said to him "truly i tell you today, you will be with me in paradise.

  " luke 23:43. the movie i was watching quoted or at least was closer to the king james version.

  maybe i am wrong but the same scriptures seem to imply two different things.

  Here in this section I was discussing grace and how it applies to all mankind like the thief and not just those in the faith.

  BUT! the criminal EXPRESSED FAITH regardless of being a Jew or Gentile or whatever. You do not have to be a part of a particular faith to have faith.

  I just hope no one thought that's what I was refering to.

  crinkle, I didn't think that you were trying to say that breaking the law "of the land" is punishable by everlasting death. lol! I should have communicated a little better I guess. The only point I was trying to make is that when it comes to salvation it is not based on "any" law man or gods but based solely on what?s in ones heart. There are thousands of laws and it would be impossible for anyone to go through life obeying them all including Mosaic Law ?OR- ESPECIALLY Mosaic Law! That?s all I meant.

  this good 'little' news weighed seven pounds and twelve ounces!

  my daughter-in-law gave birth to a baby boy yesterday afternoon.

  my son has two girls and this 'boy' has made him a proud father.
