for many who have left jw.org, there is still a spiritual need and faith in the bible.

beroean pickets is one group/website where serious bible research and commentary, weekly critical reviews of wt studies, as well expose's of flawed wt opinion/doctrine- all backed by the bible- can be considered.

this vast amount of work and research is all done by just a small group of our volunteer brothers and sisters.

Over the last few weeks, serious allegations of various forms of abuse have been experienced by former members of the Beroean Pickets by Eric Wilson and his wife, Wendy Wiens. The trauma and pain felt by many has been hard to deal with, and in one known case the emotional pain was so severe, a beroean picket member took his own life. Jehovahs witnesses who have left the watchtower are vulnerable and unaware of what they may potentially encounter by affiliating with beroean pickets.

But something to be concerned about, is that there already have been followers who commit suicide because of how they been treated in the Bereanos Pickets.
There is another video by Karen who interview a sister name Ruth who explains what happen in the situation with Jonas who had a form of judicial committee meting in Bereanos Pickets and was shunned afterward.

In summer 2022, a member of the Spanish Berean group, Jonas, struggled with severe depression after enduring 20 years of abuse from his psychopathic wife. Despite reaching out for help, his situation was mishandled. Jonas fell in love with a supportive sister, Gabi, but this led to judgment and public criticism within the group, based on misinformation spread by his wife who was not even a believer.

A judicial committee-style meeting occurred without Jonas or Gabi present, leading to public exposure to their private lives. This mishandling caused significant emotional distress, culminating in Jonas's suicide. Ruth, a member of the group, confronted leader Eric Wilson about the lack of empathy and unscriptural judgment. Eric responded by acknowledging mistakes but refused to revisit the matter, emphasizing moving forward. Ruth also highlighted hypocrisy among group leaders regarding personal conduct and called for accountability and compassion.

I experience that kind of abuse in the Spanish group with my compatriot Ezequiel the Vice-Dictator of Bereanos Pickets. It is very harmful to come out of one high control religion only to fall into another from the pan into the fire like that.

Eric Wilson from Beroean Pickets uses this same verse to kick out people from his Zoom study sessions. He hasn't fallen too far from the tree and says even worse things about those who disagree with him on his Watchtower-Lite doctrines. He has an adoring bunch of groupies which jump all over anyone who calls into question his teachings. They even muted Jim Penton in mid sentence during a comment in one of the studies now allowing him to speak.

I love this man! Jim Penton is a great speaker, I love the way he expresses things from the heart and makes things easy to understand, he really gets to the heart of the issues.

It's a great shame that when he was attending the Beroean Pickets Sunday meetings, they cut him off, and muted him! The Pickets folks are turning into a Watchtower Lite and actively kicking people out who don't fully agree with their Picket Prophet and shunning them just like the Watchtower which proves they haven't fallen too far from the tree.

The respect Prof. Penton shows for women and the way he expresses himself is so awesome! I'd listen to him say anything he wants anytime!
