  Awesome idea for a prank.

  it would be super funny to pay a non-dub like, $20 to dress up like a smurf and try to attend a meeting at a kh or assembly while someone else posing as a dub films the whole thing.

  maybe the plant could even wear a changable disguise and duck under his seat, quickly put smurf attire on, stand up, scream, "i'm tired of this shit!

  ", and run out of the assembly hall.. it would be epic.

  i have been on this site daily, almost from its beginning, since i left the jws in 2001, but i have been more of a reader than a poster, as you can see from my post count.

  i know few here know me, although i know many of you through reading your posts.

  maybe it is not right to ask for support, when i generally stay quietly in the background of this forum, but i want only to speak a human misery of the deepest kind.

  She shoulda told her boss about the Troof about her charity work and how she goes around neighborhoods teaching people that himself, his family and billions more will be slaughtered by JayEdgarHoover in the big A if they don't join her cult. Then Lets see if da Boss man will give her time off. I think he would give her time off Permanently (Your Fiiirrrred) and thinking he hired a total Wack Job!.

  No can I get out of going in service?

  as some of you who read my previous thread know, my matrix moment has passed, and i am on my way out.

  i am trying very hard to fade slowly in hopes that my wife will wake up, and maybe my family too.

  the problem is, my conscience still works well, and i don't want to go out in if service and tell people things that i know aren't true.

  If you have to go to keep up apperance's, for now you can:

  1) Just go to the service group when its almost done. just say you have a bibble indoctrination study and insteadyou can go for Breakfast, shopping, etc. and enjoy the rest of your Saturday.

  2) Go to the service group (Late) pick up some territory and always try to go apart from the rest of the group, Throw some Litertrash into a garbage Can so you can honestly say you "placed" some Mags and go for a big breakfast. enjoy :)

  3) And when you're ready to finally dump the fisade, Tell your service overseer that you want to share with him a great experience with an interested one. Tell him that your cat is showing interest in the WT. Tell him that while your cat was crapping all over the mags one day (they being used a Litter box liner), he/she started to read some of it and is now interested in a bibble study. Say it with a straight face and he will never ask you for a monthly sales report ever again.

  Was everyone surprised by how nice worldly people can be?

  i, like most born ins grew up being taught that everyone who was not a jw was inherently wicked, that they were dishonest, unloving, selfish, bad parents who don't care about their children, and also sad empty people with no direction in life.. as i grew older i started to see that this wasn't always true with every one, that what i was taught wasn't equating with what i was seeing.. by high school i could see that my friends at school, (yes worldly friends eek!

  ) we're actually decent people with morals, they may have engaged in a little fornication here and there but not promiscuously, and they were good honest people, with goals and parents that cared for them.. but after high school i was phsycologicaly bullied into ceasing contact with my friends altogether, leaving me with little contact with outside world, and the cult mentality had more room to grow, not fully, but enough to unconsciously not fully trust 'worldly' people.. however, once i'd left the org and began to meet people again, i was amazed at actually how good, honest, loving, kind, and caring many people can be!

  who love their spouses and children and try their very best to be good parents and partners.

  That is exactly how I feel! I am 38 and I'm only now just starting to feel comfortable around non JW's. Many JW's develop social phobia's because of mind warping crap that is pushed into people's brain regarding "Worldly People" God I HATE that expression! Worldy People. Its a label they put on non JW's and its another BS Tactic. There are a LOT of nice people out there and a few a**holes aswell but the friends I have now are a million times better than the JW robots I have/had. How can anyone become truly close friends if at any time, God forbid someone no longer believe's WT Bulls**t everyone will cut them off. Thats not true friendship, its conditional friendship.

  the krishna also use the term "governing body", and that struck me.. the koreshans, a defunct cult, also used the term "governing body" to describe an all woman council that lead their group.. governing body makes it sound all so official and unquestionable.

  The Freemasons also used the Term "Governing Body". Maybe good ol' Chuck Russel lifted that term from them since he liked the Mason's so much. He had friends/associate's who were FreeMasons...

  it's only a couple of years away now and what a headache it must present to the gb - providing they have given it much thought already.

  there probably is no elegant way of presenting the hundred year long failure of the end to come; the fact that the "short period of time" of satan being cast down to the earth has now stretched beyond any credibility.

  but they have to deal with it one way or another.
