Christ shows SQUARELY where the blame will go:

Matt 18:5-6
5 "And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me. 6 But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.

The blame is one the one who CAUSES "little ones" to sin. The little ones are not to blame. They are given release from blame..

1 Thess 5:23
23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I believe it is against Christ for one sheep to put blame on another sheep. If sheep we truly are.

Phew! I wasn't sure whether I should have said anything or not...but that blame was uncalled for in my book. And with her rebuttal to me, I believe Aguest is still blaming you for "allowing" it to happen to you. Oh well...YOU ARE NOT TO BLAME ONE IOTA.

Nora, I say this to you...LOVE GOD that you are OUT of the biggest fattest most viscious spiritual lie that has ever come upon the face of the earth. If you have any glimmer of belief in the Bible left (which I would NOT blame you if you didn't) try Proverbs chapter 2. May your eyes water up with joy rather than by the pain and suffering you are experiencing now. I do feel your pain...maybe not exactly the same, but pain just the same.

On a happier note:

I did a musical collaboration with a couple of musicains from the Netherlands...they wanted me to come visit them. They said they would take me to Amsterdam and have a good time. I heard Amsterdam was errrr.... uh...well...pretty wild???

GOOD STINKIN' GRIEF. You call that consoling Aguest, blaming the victim for pain and hurt that was not self inflicted?? That's what the JW's do with child abuse too. Blame the victim for the SINS OF SOMEONE ELSE. Spiritual ABUSE is as criminal as physical abuse. In either case, the victim IS NOT THE ONE TO BLAME.

Sorry, I don't buy into that at all Aguest. The hurt and pain she is feeling is the direct result of a brilliant deception of which even "scholarly" minds are blinded by.

Viv, you can yell at me if you want. I did butt in uninvited and I know your feeling down...but I had to express my feelings here.

while sitting in my garage having a smoke, i reached up to an old publication (which i keep handy on my shelves).

it was the book stated above.

Sorry to have to be the one to break it to you but if your going to spend your life waiting for signs to pop out of a book and prove its self to YOU then your wasting your life away for nothing.

May I ask how would you know that I am wasting my life away? Do you have an inside line on my life and what I've seen? Also, I would never say to anybody what they believe is wasting their time, because who am I to say? I'm a noone and a nobody. So I ask of you, WHO ARE YOU to judge my life?

You seem to read Bibles like most people read cook books.

Even if I did, why is that getting you bothered how it seems? Maybe that's exactly the way the book is supposed to be read. Also, I should be able to read a book any way I wish without anyones criticism shouldn't I?

I would think that is my freedom, you?

All due respect pom but dang can you see any parrallel in your comment to whats has already been done over and over and written about in many bibles already?

I appreciate your respect, but no I don't. There's a load of stuff in the book that is still very much unknown. Till the unkown is completely known, then the book is still to be used as the only Word.

Aguest, if you've got "meat." Whip it out. I will test your spirit inspired utterance like the book has told folks to do.

It's God's choice alone...He ~~decides~~ sees who are sheep and who are goat's, He ~~decides~~ sees who's wheat and weed's, He ~~dictates~~ sees who's right and wrong, He ~~decides~~ sees what pieces of poo shall be chosen .

One example to show that I believe the above is inaccurate:

Did Christ SEE that Saul was doing something GOOD, that he was sheeplike, and was right in what he was doing? All Christ saw in Saul was this:

Acts 9:1
9:1 Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord's disciples.

Paul the nice guy eh? Christ wanted to choose him cause he was such a good guy?? Seems the glorified Christ saw Paul to be a BAD MURDEROUS PERSECUTING GOAT. Until the time came when he DECIDED to FORCE/CALL PAUL to change to the GOOD:

Acts 9:3-6
suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. 4 He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, "Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?" 5 "Who are you, Lord?" Saul asked. "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting," he replied. 6 "Now get up and go into the city, and you will be TOLD what you must do."

Paul was CHOSEN, RAILROADED, FORCED, RAMMED, CRAMMED, STUFFED and BUTTENDED into serving God. HE WAS LITERALLY BLINDED into God's service and put in chains to serve God, and NOT by his choice. Funny thing is, after it happened,HE LOVED IT. When was Paul CHOSEN for this operation of God?

Gal 1:15-17
15 But when God, who set me apart from birth and called me by his grace, was pleased 16 to reveal his Son in me so that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I did not consult any man, 17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to see those who were apostles before I was,

Please note, no one preached to Paul, nor did he see any of the apostles...he was FORCIBLY changed chosen and set apart to be for God by Christ, from birth. He was predestined. If that's the way it is for Paul, Abraham, Moses, Aaron, David, Judas, Pharaoh, Esau, Jacob, so it is with all men. No one controls God, God controls what/who He wishes for His own will and purpose. Who can fight his will?

If God knows EVERYTHING (which He does), then predestination is a given.

By the way, the truth is, EVERY MAN is already predestined to die. So whoever says they are not already predestined would be wrong.

Each man has ONE destiny which was predestined at birth, and that is death.

Now, it's whoever God chooses to live. And God doesn't wait around for WORKS of SACRIFICE...because they are never enough.

Sounds like an elite to me.

Well If they are "elite" (whatever that means) it was not by their choice or doing. It was by God's will.

That's what I believe.
