  Do You Ever Have Dreams You’re Still a JW?

  last night i dreamt i was at a circuit assembly; i even had a walk-on speaking part early in the morning program.

  i spent the rest of the day “working” the event in a security detail.

  the dream lasted until the entire day’s program was over.

  YES, well Kinda.

  I have dreams about Assemblies mostly (very strange ones), and sometimes ones at my old hall. I am not a JW, but sometimes know one knows it for some reason.

  Sometimes I have Talks, and I am wondering how can I give a talk if I am shunned?

  One that sticks out, was at the Jersey City Assembly Hall, and I had the public talk (which I have had), and I have to check into the Convention office with the CO. The Stanley turns into this maze of connecting rooms and offices, and I am wandering around "in jeans" looking for the CO and trying to avoid people I know. I get the OK but I am freaked out because I was not told who I introduce after me. Also I apparently am not really prepared on my talk...

  It was very very lifelike when I had it, and very strange. Ended when I was giving the talk, and then walked off a set of steps right into the audience. The Place I was in didnt resemble the Stanley except for colors inside.

  So bizarre.

  I have very bizarre JW dreams in general, a mish mosh of stuff.

  50 Years since the first moon landing

  in july of 1969, i was 16 years old and was pretty excited by the prospect that the us would shortly land a man on the moon.

  however, i remember, vividly and older brother at the time confidently stating that man would never walk on the moon, quoting psalms 115 - "as for the heavens, they belong to jehovah.

  but the earth he has given to the sons of man.

  my pimi wife listens to a lot of the meetings on the phone with the speaker on.

  when i am watching tv i hear the meetings in the background.

  i just cringe with how a witless can't give a comment without having said jehovah at least two times.

  There were a few brothers in my hall who literally used Jehovah every 6th or 7th word.

  I was wondering if these brothers thought god had short term memory loss, and they were afraid that he wouldn't know they were talking to him?

  It was farcical.

  How about a timeline with WT letters & Videos for the whole LDC / McHalls / no RBC / No Mortgage / Everyone paying like a mortgage - cuz we need a million KHs now. And now we are selling halls.

  I would like to mention this two a few people I may be able to influence. You know those with JW Amnesia.

  When you missed several consecutive meetings or took a vacation did you feel "weird" when you returned?

  every now and again i would miss meetings due to health, surgeries, work etc.. when i would miss a meeting here and there i didn't particularly feel this "weirdness.".

  it wasn't until i would miss 3 or more consecutive meetings that i felt this weirdness upon entering the kh.. i can't really explain it but it feels like i was entering the kh for the first time.

  it's not like when you take a 2 week vacation and come back to work.

  Satan Hurled Out in 1914 - Will They Say It Was Never Taught?

  wbts rewrites/carefully edits their own history.

  since 2005, i have been through a lot with with wbts.

  recently i came across a suggestions that they will start denying that they ever said satan was hurled out of heaven in 1914.. in my experience, it is one doctrine many ordinary members are clear about - you ask them what supposedly took place in 1914 and they'll say, "satan was hurled out of heaven, therefore world war i started.".
