Totally agree! The election so far is eroding people's confidence in the election process and the justice system. There has to be an open investigation. We are at a crossroads and the entire world is watching.
whether it’s a republican or a democrat that will become president, one thing to keep in mind is the winner regardless of his political affiliation- is still human.
and as a human, we can be selfless, altruistic, self-sacrificing, rational, and merciful, and at the same time we can be malicious, unforgiving, a moral hypocrite, dehumanize certain groups of people, and worse of all, have psychopathic traits.
so the best we can do is research the policies of “both” political parties, figure out what polices each party is planning to implement, determine which policies will be for our benefit, and which policies will harm us.

With that information all we can do is make a calculated guess on who is the right political party to vote for------and accept the fact that a great number of people will NEVER RESEARCH the policies that affect their life. They will vote based on what Hollywood stars, the Media, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and other groups of people -----say who you should vote for.
Now this is not the first time the Presidential election has been contested?
As much as I want Trump to win, I don’t think it will happen. Reason being is what happens when someone alleges that John the part time children’s clown is a serial killer. ---John starts hiding the bodies.
I have no doubt that at this moment, some of the Democrats in the contested States are busy hiding the evidence. Sometimes criminals get caught----sometimes they don’t. Only time will tell the end results for who grabs the Presidency, the House, and the Senate, because looking at the media to determine who is winning is fruitless and a waste of time.
If Trump or Biden refuse to concede, it won’t be the first time claims of fraud in the election.
The elections of 1876, 1888, 1960 and 2000 were also marked with claims of fraud. Other elections had some different problems of criminality that I won’t discuss here.
This information was taken from several articles. And of course like all past history, someone has a different story to tell.
11 years after the end of the Civil War, the Confederate Sates had been readmitted to the Union, and Reconstruction was in full swing. The Republicans were strongest in the pro-Union areas of the North and African-American regions of the South, while Democratic support merged around southern whites and northern areas that had been less supportive of the Civil War. That year, Republicans nominated Ohio Gov. Rutherford B. Hayes, and Democrats chose New York Gov. Samuel Tilden.
But on Election Day, there was widespread voter intimidation against African-American Republican voters throughout the South. Florida, Louisiana and South Carolina. In those three states, some initial results seemed to indicate Tilden victories. But due to widespread allegations of intimidation and fraud, the election boards invalidated enough votes to give their electoral votes of those three states to Republican Hayes. Hayes WON with 185 -184 majority in the Electoral College.
Competing sets of election returns and electoral votes were sent to Congress to be counted in January 1877, so Congress voted to create a bipartisan commission of 15 members of Congress and Supreme Court justices to determine how to allocate the electors from the three disputed states. Seven commissioners were to be Republican, seven were to be Democrats, and there would be one independent, Justice David Davis of Illinois.
But in a political scheme that backfired, Davis was chosen by Democrats in the Illinois state legislature to serve in the U.S. Senate. Senators weren’t chosen by voters until 1913. They’d hoped to win his support on the electoral commission. Instead, Davis resigned from the commission and was replaced by Republican Justice Joseph Bradley, who proceeded to join an 8-7 Republican majority that awarded all the disputed electoral votes to Hayes.
Democrats decided not to argue with that final result due to the “Compromise of 1877,” in which Republicans, in return for getting Hayes in the White House, agreed to an end to Reconstruction and military occupation of the South.
Now this is an important that the majority of African- Americans are not aware of regarding the Democratic party.
The compromise ended up destroying any semblance of African-American political clout in the South. For the next 100 years, southern legislatures, free from northern supervision, would implement laws discriminating against blacks and restricting their ability to vote. And Hayes only had a one-term presidency. ---Was it worth it???
In 1888, Democratic President Grover Cleveland of New York ran for reelection against former Indiana U.S. Sen. Benjamin Harrison.
Back then, election ballots in most states were printed, distributed by political parties and cast publicly. Certain voters, known as “floaters,” were known to sell their votes to willing buyers. ---(Question, if after researching both parties, and you decided to vote for Trump or Biden, would you sell your vote for $2,000 dollars? How about $5,000. How about $?????-------Human Nature!)
Harrison had appointed an Indiana lawyer, William Wade Dudley, as treasurer of the Republican National Committee. Shortly before the election, Dudley sent a letter to Republican local leaders in Indiana with promised funds and instructions for how to divide receptive voters into “blocks of five” to receive bribes in exchange for voting the Republican ticket. The instructions outlined how each Republican activist would be responsible for five of these “floaters.”
Democrats got a copy of the letter and publicized it widely in the days leading up to the election. Harrison ended up winning Indiana by only about 2,000 votes but still would have won in the Electoral College without the state.
Cleveland actually won the national popular vote by almost 100,000 votes. But he lost his home state, New York, by about 1 percent of the vote, putting Harrison over the top in the Electoral College. Cleveland’s loss in New York may have also been related to vote-buying schemes.
Cleveland did not contest the Electoral College outcome and won a rematch against Harrison four years later, becoming the only president to serve nonconsecutive terms of office. Meanwhile, the blocks-of-five scandal led to the nationwide adoption of secret ballots for voting.
The 1960 election pitted Republican Vice President Richard Nixon against Democratic U.S. Sen. John F. Kennedy. The popular vote was the closest of the 20th century, with Kennedy defeating Nixon by only about 100,000 votes – a less than 0.2 percent difference.
Because of that national spread – and because Kennedy officially defeated Nixon by less than 1 percent in five states (Hawaii, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico) and less than 2 percent in Texas – many Republicans cried foul. They fixated on two places in particular – southern Texas and Chicago, where a political machine led by Mayor Richard Daley allegedly churned out just enough votes to give Kennedy the state of Illinois. If Nixon had won Texas and Illinois, he would have had an Electoral College majority.
Nixon did not contest the results. Following the example of Cleveland in 1892. John Kennedy didn’t finish his term because he was assassinated. There were tons of conspiracies as to who and why he was assassinated. One was that that “Kennedy planned to end the involvement of the United States in Vietnam, and was therefore targeted by those who had an interest in sustained military conflict, including the Pentagon and defense contractors.” Is there any truth in that or some of the other theories? Who knows! But one thing we know for sure,------Nixon ran for president again in 1968 and won.
Most of know what happened with Bush and Gore so no need to go over it.
And here we are in 2020 and we have another Contested Presidential election. And it won’t be the last.
as i had mentioned in one of my past posts, i strongly felt the democrats would win the presidency because they know they can cheat and not get prosecuted.
case in point; everyone involved in the russian conspiracy.
and the republicans just don’t understand that they need to get in the gutter and fight back like the democrats.
If the Republicans lose the Senate. It's over! The dems will pack the Supreme Court. Add d.c. and Puerto Rico as states. Make it impossible for a Republican to win again
It’s true that Congress can shape the size of the court to its political desires.
In 1866, when Congress was at war with President Andrew Johnson, it passed the Judicial Circuits Act, which cut the size of the court from nine to seven, and barred Johnson from appointing any new justices.
But after Ulysses Grant was elected president in 1868, the number was bumped back up to nine, where it has remained ever since.
In other words, if the Democrats pack the Court, the next time the Republicans win they will also add more judges in their favor and it now becomes a tit for tat war.
We have the example of President Franklin Roosevelt in 1937 who had to deal with the court that was striking down his New Deal legislation. After his landslide reelection he proposed to add one justice for every judge who’d reached the age of 70, up to a total of 15.
Despite his popularity, and the overwhelming control of Congress by Democrats, the proposal became the first political defeat of FDR’s presidency—and came at the hands of his own party. His own vice president, John Garner, fought it.
The proposal died in Congress before a vote was taken.”
Today, one of the more significant institutional voices against expanding the court is, believe it or not … Joe Biden.
In July 2019, Biden said “we’ll live to rue that day” if the court was expanded. In a debate, he said it would lead to round after round of expansion and the court would “lose all credibility.” Senator Bernie Sanders, no stranger to radical ideas, has also said he doesn’t want to pack the court.
But that was before RBG’s seat.
There are several alternatives that have been debated in legal and academic circles:
They range from giving each political party five justices, who would then choose five more; to limiting the terms of judges so that every president gets two picks; to making all 180 federal appeals court judges members of the court, with panels of nine chosen at random to rule on all matters, including which cases the court would take up.
This change would require only legislation; proposals for limiting the terms of justices would require amending the Constitution.
They all have the quality of careful thought and the nonexistent possibility that any of them becomes reality in the midst of a full-blown constitutional brawl. And if Congress pushes through a restructuring of the court on a strictly partisan vote, giving Americans a Supreme Court that looks unlike anything they grew up with, and unlike the institution we’ve had for more than 240 years, it’s hard to imagine the country as a whole would see its decisions as legitimate.
There’s a good reason that more than 80 years ago, in a time of turmoil, a Democratic president at the peak of his political power nonetheless found his plans thwarted by members of his own party, who found the cost of tinkering with constitutional machinery too high a price to pay.
Keep in mind also that the U.S. Supreme Court’s job is to “INTERPRET THE LAW, - NOT ENFORCE IT.
It’s powers are limited also.
A Good example of this is that should a conservative Supreme Court majority overturn Roe v. Wade,---- access to abortion won’t end; it will instead depend on which State you live in.
This is based on the The Tenth Amendment's simple language—“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people
Quote; Joan Williams recently noted, thanks to Republican efforts at the state level over the past years, access to reproductive services “already depends on where you live.” Even with Roe v. Wade in place, there is “no abortion clinic in 90 percent of American counties.”
The fight over abortion has been going on at the State level for quite a while, even though the Supreme Court already interpreted the law and ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction.
Again the Checks and
Balances limit the Power that the Supreme Court has.The Court does not have the power to enforce the law and cannot force any State to abide by it's Interpretation.

It's not over yet, law suits are being filed in several states. There will be a recount and an examination to see which ballots were illegal. See link below.

The House has already lost several Democrats because of spewing out that
they were going to get rid of the oil industry, implement Socialism,
and de-fund the police. People are voting out the Democrats in the
House. Even Nancy Pelosi might lose her position of speaker of the
house. At this rate the Republicans will take over the House in two
years. The Democrats are now having in house fighting with the far left
Democrats like Alexandria Cortez The majority Democrats are now trying hard to get
rid of the rhetoric that promotes getting rid of the oil industry, de-fund policed, and implement Socialism.

It's amazing to see tons of people in my area holding parties and celebrating the "Belief" that Joe Biden has won the race and is now President. This despite the lock-down.
And the media including Fox has already declared Biden President.
Hold on a minute---------------------------that's not the way it works.
Lots of talk and videos on YouTube showing fraud in many States. But legally these are all allegations.
Since the United States functions by the rule of law-----what happens when someone alleges that "Mr. Bob raped a 15 year old girl"
The process begins------which is----follow the law and get the authorities involved.
There are specific laws that deal with voter election fraud. So far Ten States have allegedly committed voter fraud. This week law suits will be filed against 5 States. Another 5 States probably in the next few weeks depending.
The suits filed will begin in the State Courts, then if contested they will go to the Federal Courts, if contested then they will go to the Supreme court to see if they accept the case. Other wise the Federal Court decision will stand.
The purpose of the trials is to LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE.
Allegations of dead persons voting, election software that was used in 47 counties mistakenly counted Trump's votes for Biden, Fake ballots, and much more will be examine to see if these allegations are true or if it's just hysteria.
This is the process of ascertaining the truth. You go to a Court of law beginning at the State level and present the evidence, if it is appealed, then you move the trial to the Federal level, if appealed, then you go to the Supreme Court to see if they are willing to take it.
The Federal Statute actually anticipates that in most elections, the result will be contested and run into December. As an example, the Bush and Gore went 36 days over the election day.
Now here is where it will get interesting, if after the evidence is presented, and votes recounted, and it happens that there was fraud and Trump is the winner, ------What will the media do? Will they incite riots and anarchy?
Only time will tell.
But as of yet, NO ONE HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN DECLARED THE WINNER AND NEXT PRESIDENT.
This video explains it pretty well.
as i had mentioned in one of my past posts, i strongly felt the democrats would win the presidency because they know they can cheat and not get prosecuted.
case in point; everyone involved in the russian conspiracy.
and the republicans just don’t understand that they need to get in the gutter and fight back like the democrats.
And the Republicans just don’t understand that they need to get in the gutter and fight back like the Democrats. Most older Republicans still believe that there is a God of justice that oversees everything and will never allow wicked people to take power.
Everyone my age that is educated and that has a good understanding on how the political system works in the USA knows that the Republican Political party of today never had a back bone to fight back. We know this and the Democrats know this.
We knew Trump was basically on his own with only a few Republicans backing him up. The rest were like Mitt Romney trying to walk on both sides. Around 92 percent of my classmates in one of my more advance political science classes, bet that Biden would win by dubious means.
The signs were all there that the Democrats were going to cheat, and the Republican Party did nothing about it.
Trump’s sons has been saying this since the beginning of the year. He kept calling the Republican party “sheep meant for slaughter”
Quote; Mr Trump's eldest son Don Jr accused the party of being "weak". His brother Eric warned: "Our voters will never forget you if your [sic] sheep!"
https://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2020-54835454
The latest reprimand by Trump Jr to the Republican Party is here;
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4zxx-RZd64
Trump Jr has made some comments that he might run for President in 2024. We’ll see.
But that’s not all. 2024 will be even crazier than this one because you are going to have someone even crazier than Biden and Harris running for President because Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is planning to run for the Presidency in 2024, and she is as far left as you can go. And she has already said that she will win the Presidency, “By Any Means Possible” and is already planning on how to cheat.
If the Republicans want to win, then they have to grow some balls and start playing the same way the Democrats play and that is as dirty and low as possible.
This is how weak the Republicans are. Joe Biden admitted several times that they had;
“PUT TOGETHER THE MOST EXTENSIVE AND INCLUSIVE VOTER FRAUD ORGANIZATION IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN POLITICS.
And yet the Republican Party did nothing. Had Trump said that, he would have been arrested the next day.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MA8a2g6tTp0
Now what is going to happen next?
Here is the great thing about America and its Constitution of Checks and Balances.
It looks like the Senate race is going into a runoff election into January 2021.
If the Republican Party wins the Senate, No Bill or Legislation that Biden or Harris propose for the next four years will pass through the Senate. For example if Biden and Harris want to remove all guns and stop all oil consumption, and the House approves, the Senate can veto the whole thing and throw it out the window.
CHECKMATE!
If the Democrats win the Senate and Biden and Harris want to get rid of the Oil industry, it’s easier to pass such a bill, but there are lots of Democrats in the House and Senate that will not vote for such things as de-funding the police or Socialism because next election they will lose more Democrats in the house and Senate and then the Republicans will take over and Repeal every single legislation that the Democratic party passed during their term.
CHECKMATE!
Notice what Democratic Abigail Anne Davis Spanberger, U.S. Representative for Virginia's 7th congressional district said beginning at the 1.11 mark;
https://youtu.be/P79S_pCOlvM?t=71
CHECKMATE!
Remember any law put in place by any party during their term of 4 years can be repealed by the new party in the next four years.
CHECKMATE!
For example; had Trump remain President for the next four years, Obama Care would have been repealed completely.
What this means is that for the next four years the Democrats will not be able to destroy the Constitution. The Democrats will introduce bills, but the Senate will kill them, or the moderate Democrats will kill any bill that might cost them their job the next election.
What many don’t understand is that the President’s Powers are limited. If you remember, Obama tried to get rid of guns and failed because of the Senate. Here is a little explanation.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w10mNJ7uDF4
Obama tried to pass hundreds of bills and failed. The President is not King.
So for the next four years this is what you are going to “Hear” A lot of fighting and disagreements among the House, the Senate, the President, the Courts, the moderate Democrats, and the far left Democrats.
And then the next election ------and thank goodness power is up for grabs every four years.
What Trump did
accomplish is wake up the average citizen to start learning more
about American politics.Notice starting at the 1.56 mark.
the watchtower and awake have been listed as the most popular magazines.the figures are astonishing.

Georgia is recounting the votes because they received more ballots than they have voters. Possible the military is going there to recount.
so i grew up around this religion and never liked it.
nothing ever made sense and nobody ever clarified anything if i asked them a question.
i'm 17 right now so you'd figure oh only one more year until you can leave.
anyway i just came here to rant about that and ask anyone how they told their parents that they wanted to leave this religion. thanks
I didn't tell my parents anything. I just left at around 18, got several part times jobs that paid shit but kept food on the table and rent money. I lived in a shitty apartment for around 6 years, went to school during this time, Slept about 4 hours every day for about 6 years. Didn't get involved with girls, hobbies, or friends, during this time because I needed to focus on finishing school and getting a better job. If you get involved with girls, drugs, alcohol, ect, you will delay your education and might wind up a loser and with nothing or very little by the time you hit 40.
I also cut of all jws friends at 18 and never looked back. I was focus on school. In the meantime I lucked out and got a plumbing job. I started digging ditches and unclogging toilets full of shit, The boss saw I was a hard worker and always on time on the job and never said no to nasty jobs. He started teaching me how to weld, electrical, and some construction.
10 years later I got my plumber's master license, my degree, and started my own plumbing business. Today I got my own family a house paid for, enough money to retire if I wanted and I'm not even 40 yet.
If you want to be successful you first need to cut off all Jehovah related stuff, meaning all jw friends and acquaintances. Stay away from them, they just mess up your future. Also no PIMO shit just to keep communication with family, as it just slows your progress. If your family is wiling to cut you off for not following their religion, then find another family and don't look back
The only other thing not jw related that can mess up your life is a Bad woman, drugs, alcohol. and committing a crime and you wind up in jail or prison for several years.
Good luck, and remember, no one is coming to your rescue, you are on your own. So you got to focus on yourself and get good at something and educated, now that you are young and can work like hell and need very little sleep. You need to decide what you want to do with your life,NOW------either have your own business, or be a doctor, a lawyer, an engineer, or whatever. But you need to start as soon as you are 18 or you will waste precious time.
