  he claims that the governing body are neither inspired or infallible.. the governing body do not need to apologize for getting doctrines wrong.. the governing body ''do their best with what they have and what they understand at the time.''.

  If there are current understandings that will be updated in the future then why did Jehovah update his people the wrong understandings?

  The Borg is definitely past peak in every metric. Bethel’s, Bethelites, literature published all way way down, if you saw it on a chart it would be crazy looking

  The young guy did fellowships did so interesting and then he falls in love with the young innocent JW girl.

  The other girl in the congregation who has had sexual relations with most of the guys is actually very common these days and the elders have no idea

  how far do we get away from 1914 before they have a new light and admit it was all wrong?.

  they cling to the old theory of the 77 week prophecy from the wrong date that jerusalem was destroyed .

  with the overlapping generations nonsense still we are getting too far away from 1914. what will they say if we get to the 2030s and they still cling to 1914?.

  What information is there about the facility in Argentina that the GB will supposedly retire to if things get too hot?

  I know many billionaires are building doomsday bunkers as if something is coming.

  Apparently London Chelmsford Bethel has a secret bunker that was built when they sent everyone home for a while and when the volunteers all came back the slabs were all finished with secret entrances

  given that the ban on smoking 🚬 is completely unbiblical*, might they ever remove it?.

  *even mainstream christianity can only come up with one verse "against" it, the one that says that the body is the temple of the holy spirit.

  i cannot be part of a community that blatantly rejects the sacrifice of jesus in that demonic memorial ritual.

  amazing what information you find when you start researching.. i’m writing my letter and posting it to the kingdom hall this morning.

  maybe it’s the last one they’ll ever publish too, after dropping reporting hours for publishers ….

  Maybe last years was the last one ever published.

  They have probably been trying to decide how they can massage the numbers or just blatantly lie. Or don’t release it.

  I remember last years was showing decline overall, most countries showing big declines.

  The entire organisation is in decline, Bethelites all being laid off. Bethels downsizing selling KHs. Hardly print anything these days.

  Congregations merging, sharing less KHalls. Hardly anyone coming into JWs anymore and now even young ones not wanting to get baptised.

  The org is in big decline so either lie or don’t release the numbers

  even elders can be part of the new jw lite brigade these days.

  they don’t need to go on door to door anymore and there is no requirement for anything really.. taking meeting parts is all dead easy you could turn up on the day with zero preparation because it’s all in the meeting workbook.. quarterly elders meetings are just old men having a good old natter just like old men do down the pub.. congregations could be likened to pubs or bars these days just without the drinks, those come at other times.. no need for territory maps, these almost went away with covid letter writing now they are extremely slow getting finished as those who still go door to door only do ten mins.. you could even voice your questions these days about things the gb say and then just say “we can’t be dogmatic we just don’t know”.

  i predict they will say this about 1914 soon..

  I could say Jan: I attend a JW Kingdom Hall with my family. I am not a believer, but I do enjoy the conversation, interpretation and the music (we have a choir and instrumental section).

  I also like being part of the community with other families and some really great folks. Maybe some of them are like me and don’t believe but we keep it to ourselves
