i posted on the board in the past about the first incident.. but we decided to work on it since she seemed genuinely remorseful... it is hard to beleive now that she abandoned all her morals, her religion, family and friends to persue this pipe dream..... it all started out like this.

but i guess the little things like that meant nothing.

I'm so sorry you are going through this.

She sounds kind of like my ex-wife, only worse.

I finally realized that it was not my job to make my ex-wife happy. She had issues that could not be resolved no matter how understanding, loving, kind or forgiving I was.

There comes a point when you realize that a persons basic behaviour usually can not be changed. You really need to let go and move on. If you are having trouble coping, perhaps you should consider counseling.

I've since re-married, and it's amazing how much happier I am now that I have a loving and caring wife that doesn't demand that I'm the one responsible for her happiness. I was miserable in my first marriage and didn't really know it until after the fact.

Things do get better, sometimes much better than you can even imagine at this point.

clam brought up the subject of "sell by dates" on food.

so maybe the wbts should date all their "spiritual" food.

if they'd only done that with 1975...and think of all the other "food" that's out there but is spoiled and no longer edible by the flock?

What a tragic loss.

I couldn't help but notice the following:

Unfortunately, the twisted logic of the Organization allows Witnesses to forgive their enemies while they treat their Dfd loved ones as if they were dead.

Meterite craters and Noah's flood

if meterite craters were created before noah flood,wouldn't they have been washed away in noah's flood?

I'm not sure if the Watchtower makes the same claim, but many religions claim that the Grand Canyon in Northern Arizona was carved by the flood waters. Its interesting that somehow, meteor crater also in Northern Arizona was not touched by the flood waters.
