  Could a single decision/mistake bring down watchtower

  with decisions by bankers etc bringing down financial systems, other situations decisions have had wie ranging consequences makes one wonder if a single decision could bring things down.

  I can only coment about my local YMCA here in the UK

  I wouldn't know what "declaration" you have to make to become a member, but I can tell you that there is no restriction on who can use the fascilities.

  i need to let you know that dad passed away this morning at 8am.

  he fought so hard but in the end they could not get his blood pressure to rise and he died of heart failure.

  I find the "folk" tag one of the most confusing as I like quite a bit of the stuff here but I wouldn't classify it as folk - Alison Krauss being an example.
  
  I normally lump them all together as (mainly) acoustic singer songwriters.

  Where is the Watchtower Food Bank?

  so, my jw wife and i are having breakfast at our favorite restaraunt this morning and i mention that my workplace has a food bank to help homeless and needy families with meals.

  our waitress cuts in and says she has some food that she would like to donate and asked if i could take them for her.

  i agreed.

  Jehovah's Witness British Branch - All Time Peak!

  according to the december 2008 kingdom ministry jehovah's witnesses reached an all time peak number of publishers and pioneers in august 2008. .

  There doesn't appear to be a figure anywhere in this thread . . .
  So what is this peak? I'm so out of touch I've no idea what the UK figure is.
  
  As has been said - only the average publisher figure is worth bothering about as a true representation of the number of JWs.
  
  So does anyone have these figures?
  
  Following on from Besty, unless they've changed it since I left over 9 years ago the British Isles figure (I'm sure that's what the WT says) is actually England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland which is part of the UK/GB/British Isles is actually lumped in with The Republic of Ireland's figures as they both report to he Dublin Branch Office.
