  Last night the one cool elder calls me

  i figured he was going to arrange the committee and try to get me kicked out after the whole "big pile of books" labelled "take this shit".. well his call made me realize that more and more people ... elders included no longer take this religion seriously.

  after he told me he heard what happened he actually laughed and said i would never expect that.

  he then told me that it is apparent that i no longer want to be connected to the organization.

  Searcher This is really good!a) verse 12 doesn't say the scrolls are new; b) they don't contain wonderful new teachings for the Great Crowd - they contain judgements; c) they don't get openedduring the 1000 year reign - they get opened after!

  Jehovahs Witnesses think they are bringing in the righteousness during the 1,000 year reign, door to door activity. Yet the only ones worthy of the first resurrection are the 144,000 who are to have thrones to judge the great crowd and others. The great crowd are the second resurrection and are judged after the 1,000 year reign and after the great battle. WT marked the great crowd as righteousness because they took the WT at the door! but are part of the second resurrection and can be judge to second death. Go figure! Ok I suffer from C.D. The more I think about the more I am bothered. I try to stay away from conflicting false truths! It hard enough to have conflicting truths with the bible but how do we deal with CONFLICTING FALSE TRUTHS? LOL This is so good it should be a seprate post.

  Depends on what time of year! If they come to my house pre Memorial Day, I say Partake or not Partake that is the question to be? Then I smile and state are you sure that partaking is only for the heavenly class? Show me scriptures to prove your point. Can you show me in the bible? Where does it say in the bible about partaking? And where in the bible should we make sure not too partake? When they point to the scripture it is obvios that people should believe in Jesus Christ as the son of God if not do not partake! Very simple. Unlike the Jewish people, do you believe Jesus is the GOD.

  Bloggers here knows that I will always bring up a major doctrine! Prove that Jesus is now Michael? Show scriptures. Ask if they believe Jesus is Michael then prayers should end ...Michael Amen! But your praying and acknowleging a past name Jesus who no longer exist and is now Michael the Archangel.

  By the way can you explain how Jesus is three diffrent angels other than Michael in Revelation. Jesus in Hebrew proves he is over the angels and not one of them. The reason I walked away!

  Most Jehovahs Witnesses just ignore the facts. They teach doctrines without thinkng.

  No One Knows The Day or The Hour....

  so why is the wt obsessed with it?

  i would much rather read articles on actually applying bible princples and have a real christ-like personality.

  why don't they realize that how they fixate on "the end" is in direct conflict with that scripture?.

  All the dates to Daniel to Jesus is trying to figure out the beginning of the last days. It still trying to figure out the day and hour. I guess the beginning of the hour 1914. Are you glad we are at the end of Jesus 1,000 year reign? LOL joke! It so mind boggling. So if we are in the 1,000 reign then the only resurrection are the 144,000 happy are the ones who are part of the first resurection.

  Hmm, if no one knows the day or hour of Christ return then how could WTBTS know he already returned! He returned to cleansed out the temple, Bethel. Really now, how many times does the WTBTS have Jesus invisible presence, yet no one knows the day or hour! It really is a strange because when he invisible returned the only thing he destroyed was the WTBTS concepts! LOL Food from Satan

  How do they know who was resurrected or if the first started!

  Need Help - Looks like some one in my family got to know that we are fading...

  letter from a close family member... need help responding.... what a powerful illustration of the affect that our choice of friends can have on us, especially if we leave jehovah after being 'raised' by him from infancy!.

  pack of wolvesthere was a farmer who raised sheep and had trouble with wolves stealing his sheep.

  he loved his sheep and didn't want to lose even one of them.

  Who is the farmer? Jesus? Sheep Jehovahs Witnesses? Wolves anyone not a Jehovahs Witness. puppy? you. It just not nice to send this to anyone who is not attending. Some people just can not let people go in peace.

  People have the right to not attend meetings and fade away! Here what I would say: I wish you would come out and state what you want to write instead of sending a story about a Pack of Wolves because it makes you appear like a fault finder and practicing an art of manipulating. I do not enjoy reading about a man killing wolves, please do not send me such hateful email. Mind your own business. I heard you were gossiping about me and I would like it to stop. Also, eternity was prior to creation and everlasting life comes to us through the loving kindness of Jesus ransom sacrifice. Just to remind you that Jehovah is a God with meaning and I do not care for the example of placing grain of sand in a box every 500 hundred year as an example of eternity it is a poor example of a loving God. Do you believe that Jehovah gave his son Jesus the only right to judge who will receive everlasting life? By stating,” May we both be there to see the box filled" is a judgment call that I would leave to Jesus and not any man on earth. Sorry you and I will disagree with who has that right to judge the righteous considering the two talks and poor examples you sent me were laced with nothing more than manipulation and judgmental under tones and you enjoyed them. The bottom line if one believes in Jesus Christ ransom another should not judge who is righteous and who is not.

  Who comes before the Messiah?

  deuteronomy 18:15 talks of a prophet who would be raised up like me(moses);then, malachi 4:5 says look!

  i am sending you elijah before the coming of the great day of jehovah and john 1:19 the people are asking john if he is the christ, or is he elijah, or is he the prophet.. we know christ is coming again.

  but according to malachi, elijah has to come before the christ.

  WTBTS messed up the entire Revelation and added to it! That is how you know false prophets. Congrad. WTBTS are suppose to have some sort of decernment right? It is just crazy how they place themselves in prophecy. That is what they do! If they can not explain something it is them, not. So when you start asking questions your marked.

  I do not feel bad for the JWs. Most are just ignoring the facts and have blinders on.

  Not too sure that they two witnesses are angels.

  I am going with the Moses and Elijah but who knows I will just leave it to the future.

  No Natural Affection...

  my latest encounter with my mom has me furious and i needed a place to vent:.

  i don't post alot but for anyone who has read any of my posts knows that while i have been struggling for some time, i am still an active jw working towards leaving.. anyway, i got into a car accident yesterday.

  fortunately i am well enough to type this up so for that i am greatful.

  I could be wrong here but you mom is like some women I have noticed in women groups. It like they have to fill there time up to feel important. It also need to be in control of everything in her life.

  Maybe if you deal with her different because it just not working for you.

  Try not to fall for what she is saying because she really just want you to make her feel loved. She is turned off.

  Say things like I would really love to see you and I miss you. Any time she says anything about the bible or meetings. Just go back to how you need her and your father right now. I bet your mother is never on the emotional level just logic. She just giving you her list of dos.

  But she sure does know how to make you feel less important because she been doing it her entire life. It makes her not feel hurt.

  my first post and some questions

  this is my first post after deciding to finally open an account here after months of 'lurking'.. a couple of issues i want to address-.

  i have issues with people who go from being a witness to losing all faith in god or the bible which seems to be the case with some members of this site.

  i just don't think you can let any religion change how you view god or the bible.. second-i don't feel the gb are bad people, i think most witnesses including them are misguided by something that has been drilled into their heads since they were little and are actually sincere people.

  What do you mean by misguided? Who misguided them? When and how long have they been misguided? What are they naive about?

  If they were misguided they would not be there any more.
