Hello and my exit story from WTS

i thought it was fitting for me to share my freedom from the witnesses story on independence day weekend.. i dont have any secret info, just experiences that happened to me and started to open my eyes.. i was a third generation, raised in the truth kid who was never supposed to be born, and then never supposed to graduate high school.

ive now been out of high school longer than i was in school.. the beginning of the end started a little less than a decade ago.

i was late 20s at the time.

They are pathetic men with a WTBTS elders manual.

per the ministry school schedule, the bible reading continues in the book of acts.

in chapter 12 king herod arrests peter and throws him in prison, meaning to "produce him" for the jews after the passover (evidently to be executed).

an angel appears to peter in prison, releases his bonds and walks him out of the gate of the jail.

When I read this scripture I take the Lord as Jesus. Also another name for Jesus, the Deliver.

The above is just me reacting!

As far as FDS interpretation they really should not explain everything in the bible.

I read the scripture and it sounds like Jewish man thought the girl was mentally ill so he played it down. Basically called her a liar.

How Do I Reply?

so my grandma just wrote me out of the blue today.

i haven't written her in about a month, maybe two.

all i did was send 2 or 3 pictures of the kids in reply to a message about not having any recent pictures of them.

Dear Grandma:

Reaffirm how you feel. Happy to hear that you think children are a blessing from God. I was under the impression you thought I should be on birth control pills and never have children because armageddon was coming. Can you imagine how hurtful that is to me knowing I enjoy children. Also,I do not plan to raise my children with Armageddon or hopes of paradise on earth. Please stop with the annoying guilt trips because I already know them and it is a waste of your time. I am very much burned out on the guilt trips and people placing fears about the end of the world blah blah blah. I could careless. There is only one judge, Jesus and I am not in the position to say who will live or die through Armageddon. And I will do mine worry free I sometimes think Jehovahs Witnesses are too much trained to talk about the future instead of enjoying the time we have together. I am very happy that I recgonized how important it is to live my life on a daily bases enjoying my family with love instead of guilt trips.

How are you grandma and your health? What have you been doing? What did you plant in your garden? ( something she likes to do)I look forward to building a new relationship with you. Please feel free to keep in touch because you are important to me and I love u. Bye for now.

The above is an example, I always try to put my demands or bad news in the middle and leave the last sentence positive, sweet coat the end. Remember what ever you state on email it is a record a long time. hope that helps you some.

GB and partaking

i was told that before 2007 there were a couple of gb's that did not partake and that after the 2007 change now they all partake, is this true??

The ole hippie- they do not question partaking because they probably grew up in another church so they already knew that all should partake.

Prologos- I really do not care where I go after I die. Only the FATHER chooses who goes to heaven. Another error in the JW teachings like they can choose. It goes against the bible.I hope the first resurrection, but earthly or heavenly I have no control.

Crazyguy- LOL you got that right. Jesus says all should partake and FDS say some!

what if a television press conferance was being held and the man in charge said that god had given them the truth and the way to everlasting live,and that they have millions of members,he would go on totell explain their core doctrines,which would be exactly the same as jehovahs witness'es.but they have named themselves jehovahs proclaimers.what would be the wt response,would they denounce a religion with the same beliefs as them self?.

I was so busy looking at the flying 144,000 then I scrolled back up and noticed what you said. Then I realized those two white flying angels are not the 144,000, they are Jesus in his angelic forms; Michael and the other angels,or the fallen angel. They really think they pulled a fast one!

Maybe I am wrong because I see another group behind earth which looks like 144,000. Lol Lol bet that is not in the study portion of that WT.

GB and partaking

LoisLane your SHOUTING! Never noticed. Yeap God talks to them and everyone cringes! Yes I remember it all too well, puke! Special choosen ones LOL,LOL.

Did you think I need to wake up! priceless! Cute. You are right on about people like the Governing Body who thinks God speaks to them but it is not just GB who thinks that way. Most of the special 144,000 class at local Kingdom Hall think they are "SPECIAL." One told me that every time she partook she could feel the holy spirit come through her like electricity. La,La,La,Land. Born and raised as a JW, I have never known a normal partaker. It just goes to their heads.

Considering I do not believe God needs to speak to people or send jolts of electricity yes I am good to go! Heaven forbid if I go to a Kingdom Hall! God would probably strike me down if I even considered such an awful thing. That is like turning my back on Jesus Christ!

I believe all should partake.

Captain Obvious, Wew I knew someone who partook for fifty years. Here something, for her fifty years of partaking elders came to her house every year after she partook. They tried to place doubts in her mind that she was not one of the 144,000. I guess her and another friend had to get together to vent and laugh about the elders questions but they kep it to themselves. Anyhow, I remember the rumor that went around in fact one elder basically said that she wasn't.

The GB can manipulate anything but they did notball partake in the 60s and 70s.
