  It's pretty scary. I work in a building that sits on top of Grand Central Terminal and I take the subway. It's the subway we worry about when they're talking nerve gas and stuff.

  The only comfort is the NYPD. Not many people know this but they've set up their own antiterrorism task force. 1000 officers are constantly checking bridges, tunnels and trains. They get international intelligence reports too. They're doing it because we can't rely on the federal government as you well know.

  You're right... it does feel like there's no where to run, no where to hide.

  Hubby passed away this morning...

  i want to thank all those that helped and encouraged me in my hard times!..hubby passed away from his cancer this morning.

  i am so sad my heart is broken.

  we decided to go ahead and have a memorial for him this weekend at the kingdom hall he went to.

  When I was little I was ashamed to say I was a witness. I found it extremely embarassing because I knew everyone thought we were weird.

  Yup. I was a teenager in 1975, and was terrified of Armageddon. We were told it would be months, not years, before the End. One year just before there was a huge headline "PEACE AND SECURITY!" in our local rag. I almost s*** my pants.

  At 12:01 A.M. on January 1, 1976, my Catholic cousin called to razz my Mom about "Where is Armageddon? You've been telling us for YEARS it was in 1975!!"

  The WTS claims to be Jehovah's organization. How many more false prophesies will it take for people to figure out, duh, they don't have the holy spirit? Jesus said No One would know the day or the hour.

  You've been "conditioned" for a lot of things. Time to start deprogramming yourself!

  well i have officially graduated from the florida college of natural health and have applied for my license to become an esthetician!!!!
