@Slimboyfat: Yes, but don't use it on the stage. That's bad. People could get jealous.

I guess the good thing is, if people go to YouTube, both the public and JWs, and search for "Jehovah's Witnesses" they'll have to wade through a pile of anti-JW stuff to find anything pro.
I'm guessing it was embedded on the official site and the guy who posted it lifted the link to 'spread the word'. Naughty naughty.

You're right Cedars, while it is simple and wouldn't have cost that much, the quality, clarity and graphics show some serious time input. If they are not from the WTS, then whoever did this has a lot of time on their hands (and lots of international friends!). Perhaps making these kinds of things is now considered 'alternative witnessing' ha ha. Hmm count your time while storyboarding, count it while filming, count it while editing. Each view on YouTube counts as a return visit. Sweeeeeeeet.

If I have read the court docs right, this does not have anything to do with the verdict. The verdict has been made and the WTS was found negligent and ordered to pay money as punishment. The disucussion now is how much will they pay? The court has suggested a lower amount and said we will go to a new trial about the money, but Candace, if you accept this amount we'll do no more. If the WTS says,"we don't want to pay that money" by appealing, every year the case goes on, they will be up for 10% on top of the offered amount.
That is my understanding.
Sorry for the double post before, not sure what happened there!

Atlantis, thanks for posting the docs.
This report on JWB indicates that Candace will take the money on offer. If the WTS decides to fight this lower amount, they will have to pay 10% interest.

Good article. Within two sentences they contradict themselves and equate their publications with the bible. That's some WTS gold right there.

Latest "Questions From Readers" - who wrote in with this question?!
by cedars ini kid you not.
the latest watchtower study edition has the following question under consideration in the "questions from readers" article on page 20:.
do jesus words found at matthew 19:10-12 suggest that those who choose to remain single have received the gift of singleness in a mysterious way?.

Thank you Randy for your ongoing efforts and input here and on your other sites. You're a legend mate, even if you are a hippie Jesus freak ;-)
Mrs Smith received an email today from a friend in another country who is also fading that had recently been to a one day assembly in April. After hearing about some of the info on this thread, he recalled some comments he recorded in his notes. The speaker read 1 Thessalonians 5:14 and said "Up until now disorderly ones were considered to be those rebelling against God's laws. We have to remember that this can also include laziness and those who are inactive. These ones deserve our patient encouragment. They need our loving care. Sometimes these inactive ones say hurtful things to the elders. Elders must remember to return evil with evel to no-one."
We have asked him for more details such as who said it and what their rank is. It probably has nothing to do with the Feb 2013 school but aligns with some things that have been mentioned. He may have jumped the gun or maybe it was part if a foundation laying exercise.
All speculation and conspiracy theories of course, but fun nonetheless!
