  i just wanted to say that i'm having a blast reading all the posts.

  i stumbled upon this site because i was curious to see what the jehovah's witnesses have to say about september 11th and instead i've been laughing at the top ten's and such.

  tonite our DA announced

  i feel so sad, -------- for them,.

  bad jerry and i went in this together and we left together.

  our 3 sons ,2 teens and a 10 year old support us, they were never active, thankfully we have no other family members in the borg.

  i am fortunate enough to say "no.

  " i tried very hard to get people to come to meetings and assemblies...and during it all i was bored out of my mind and had a voice in my heart keep saying "what if what you think is the 'truth' is not really the "truth" and you stand before the throne to be judged?

  would these people take your place and die for you because you believed in them and not jah?

  NO

  i also use to feel bad that i didn't bring anyone in, so I thought i was picked to bring our sons in. which I didn't because we left.

  I use to feed my parents the stuff and my mom would say thay only print what they want and mis quote . how I thought she was wrong. turns out MOM was right. AGAIN

  Sexual Offender in my hall.

  so my wife calls me and says, "my mom told me there is a sexual offender in our hall, but she won't tell me who!".

  i have a small child, so i obviously want to know.

  her mom tells her a website where she can search for sexual offenders, www.criminalfiles.info.

  Please -- know where your child is at all times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Follow them, even if they have to go to the bathroom. Also I hope someone else is watching this offender, they will be at it again.!

  hope you get to feeling better soon. there are some self hypnosis books out there that may help. My husband has been into this and I'll let him know, maybe he can get in contact via e-mail.

  I GOT A NEW JOB!!!!

  since i can't call my former friends and family, you guys are the first to hear this good news in my life.

  i've just been offered a local government job that will increase my salary greatly.

  since i've been out of the borg, i have recevied more blessings than i ever did.

  Hey, I'm a publisher again

  last night, i returned from the chess club with my son to find my wife on the phone.

  apparently the congregation secretary had phoned to get our time.

  not wanting to disappoint him, she put us both down for two hours.. now, none of us have stepped foot in a kingdom hall since april 10, and we haven't been out in service since march/01.

  Silent Lambs Press Conference in Nashville TN

  just checking in to share the details of our local press conference!!

  it turned out to be a handfull of us there, including: barbara and joe anderson, tatoomom, and myself.

  all in all it went very well.... we didn't even have any dubs show up..... i guess they were on their mcdonald's break at the time!!

  BrotherX reveals Purpose of Door-to-Door Ministry

  let's call him "brotherx" - an elder who either has heard from the circuit overseer "by word of mouth" or has come to the conclusion himself about why jehovah's witnesses are determined to reach every person on the planet with .

  "the message of hope.

  " i'll try to paraphrase some of his comments.. brotherx explained to me and others in the congregation that we "work our territories to essentially decide who lives and dies at armageddon.
