  So Is It Jst2 Cool Britannia?

  no no, not "cool" as in "kewl", but cool as in chilly and cold, unfriendly almost, like we brits are rumoured to be throughout the world.

  this is just an observation about how we perceive different groups of people.

  a few weeks back, i was enjoying an uproarious evening in the pub.

  i have started to post about it several times, but each time i start i can't seem to find the words.

  i want desperately to reach out to folks that i know would understand, but i just freeze up.

  the apostates here have so many wrong assumptions.

  anyone that posts against them they assume is defending the society.. i'm neutral towards the society.

  you take any one of their books, ex. the creation book,

  look up those refrences that they quote, you will see more than one misquote.

  bits and pieces here and there . make take a little work on your part if you really care to know the truth.

  i have to say i admire everyone who was strong enough to leave the wt organization.

  alone these horrible stories about armageddon must scare the hell out of everyone who was brought up with it or who was in the org for several years.

  hell even to me they sound really frightning and i don't believe in this nonsense.. secondly you loose most of all of your friends!.

  it really wasn't hard to make the decision to leave; after seeing date-line and how Erica and others were treated, anger set in. then we got a hold of Ray's books and more disgust set in. How in the world could i sit through another meeting and listen to hypocrites. I didn't. we didn't, my hubby my support and I wrote letters and sent them off.

  We had no other family in so thats a blessing. As far as friends go, no one called in the 2 months we didn't attend. I feel a friend would be a friend no matter what. no regrets here !!

  usually ,i look over at the profile and i can let it slide if the person is from sweden or something and english is a second language.

  most if not all of us have a free will to express a conscientious disagreement. the WT disfellowships such ones that do,, unlike what the apostles did in their everyday life. which you should get.
