You are right, it does not have anything directly to do with JW's or their teachings. BUT if it happened in another local church, every JW from here to the moon would use it as part of their presentation at the door and try to say that something like that would not happen in Jehovah's house.

Newchapter, I got all the info to make an account. I posted a fake large city as my hometown (easier to not be known) and made a fake email address with a matching fake name. Most of the questions can be answered by finding a current KM and watchtower, the WT are on the jw.org website and the KM's are usually posted here or if you google "June 2012 Our Kingdom Ministry" you will likely find it. It can take a few days to get a response but I was accepted.
You have to resist the urge to call out the stupid a lot, they are quick to edit your posts or ban you if they smell something funny. I had a few posts edited and just have made sure to play dumb and play along and my account still works.

They do troll facebook pages and go after people I know this for a fact. It was admitted at a circuit assembly. When Myspace was all the rage, my PO came up to me, (I was a MS back then) and asked me if I had a myspace account. I did not, and I told him that.
Then he asked me if others in the hall did, and i said I guess some of them do. Next, he asked me if I could help him find the young ones myspace page to see what kind of things they were putting up on it. I told him that since I didn't have myspace he was asking the wrong person and that I did not feel comfortable spying on people. I'm sure he must have found someone else because I knew of kids that got in trouble for things that were on their myspace page. I'm sure they still do the same thing with facebook.

i havent seen anyone post about it, the link has a pdf on it of the court documents, and it looks like the stamp is from 5/12 but its blurry.. .
I wonder if elders are aware that their duties open them up for personal liability. Lets see if MOTHER takes care of the flock this time.
i have never heard of this group but i turned on the tv and right now (eastern time) there is a show on national geographic called american colony/hutterites and they are shunning members for allowing their children to have more education than they deem neccessary as well as playing school sports.
the group also appears to think they are the only ones going to heaven.. anyone know more about this or have experience with them?

I am sure they have many shelter corporations and much money squirelled away in each branch. I imagine each branch is a seperate corporation that can keep money seperate, even though we know if "Mother" asked for the money from another branch they would get it.
