  anybody go to the assemblies in dudley ?!?!.

  its just around the corner but its the first time i won't be going and i dont feel any guilt about it !!!.

  A Question for All JWs to Ponder

  if the governing body are spirit directed, why do they need to vote on issues pertaining to faith?.

  if 12 governing body members vote, and say 5 vote in favour of one understanding but 7 vote in favour of the opposite.. does this mean that the 5 who were not of the majorityv, did not have jehovah's spirit on the matter?.

  is the majority rule, the right one, the spirit directed one?.

  Would you be prepared tp sacrifice your life or that of others knowing a majority rule vote was made by the GB, on matters such as Blood or holding a Political Card?

  ISP prayer must be the worst part of the advice because if things do not get better ( which they usually dont) then the person has the added burden of thinking that God dissaproves of them somehow.

  Of all the shepherding calls that I know of, and no matter what the problem the flock may have encountered, essentially the same advice was given.

  Most elders have neither the experience or understanding or right to judge personal matters such as marital concerns or child abuse.

  They become basicly peeping toms when they get involved in such matters.

  Deleting A Poster Akin To DF'ing?

  i recently got an email from mr. moe.

  amongst other things, she says that she hated df'ing when she was a dub, so she abhores the banning of certain posters from this site, because it seems so similar to df'ing.. i think her opinion is of great value and warrants looking at closely.

  is suspending someone for the contents of their posts justifiable then?

  Well everyone, as one respected poster(Farkel) once said to Simon " If you want a coffee shop(PUB) thats fine by me.

  It was a moderator (Englishman)that brought this subject up not I.

  I have exercised my freedom of speech (praise be to Simon) but it seems that I've wore out my welcome. (calls for me to go somewher else if I don't like it)

  I enjoyed the debate.
