allright my first post messed up and i lost it some kind of way.

haven't posted on here in along time, obviously don't know how to anymore.. trying again.. so i was raised a jw, da for over a decade, of course estranged from parents and jw family, have a teenage son from a previous relationship.. anyways, i wanted to see what someone who had no first hand knowledge of the jws would think.

I think they have a lot of moles in the organization. The Sparlock video is just an anecdote among many others, I heard worse things from the platform sometimes…

before, when men looked at a woman, they were fresh.. nowadays, when they don't look, they're gay.. i know each woman is different, so answers will vary, but in today's world, women react a lot differently to things that were once distasteful.. so which one is it?.

The significance of Sparlock

the watchtower has depicted sparlock as a commercial plastic toy to be thrown into the garbage with impunity.. i submit to you all that he is something far greater.

sparlock represents all the hopes and dreams of jw children everywhere.

he is the magic of childhood.

Sparlock means different things for different people. For me personally it means truth and justice, both in danger of ending up in the bin in this current times.

Freedom is non negotiable. Keeping somebody jailed for years without a fair trial, torturing people and then accepting their confessions, spying on the private lives of unsuspecting citizens, and not allowing real freedom of speech is not what you would call a free country. Insulting somebody’s faith is not freedom of speech is just insulting, very different concepts, shouldn‘t be any confusion. If you insult somebody usually they get angry at you, you would also. It is very sad to see how easy people can be manipulated, and how unscrupulous people use this to advance whatever agenda they have for America and the rest of the world. America and what it stands for should be defended before it starts to stand up for something else. Unfortunately America is not living up to its ideals. We have the right to demand integrity of the people over us in any sort of capacity, otherwise their authority is not legitimate. America has been the leader of the world so far, but who or what is leading America? What will be America’s destiny once it loses its ideals? Human nature has not changed since the middle ages, if we allow mediocrity to rule we are all doomed. We can not blame God for it.
