  ok lets take this slowly so that even you can follow...the US got involved in the middle east long before the golf war. the arabs didn't asked them to show up there. they were and are not welcome on arab soil!

  the US has delivered weapons to isreal which were used to attack and kill civilians. isreal could not act as aggressively against the arabs without US help.

  the US bombed tripolis, as well as sudan and other places. they did so clainming they wanted to kill terrorists. however they showed NO hard evidence that would allow such actions.

  over all the US involvment cost many more civilian arab lives than the terrorist attack on the WTC.

  Its Time to get IRAQ

  had the usa known in advance that the wtc was going to be attacked, we could and should have taken preemptive action.

  there was some 'fuzzy' knowledge that this might happen, but not enough to know the day or hour.

  yet, we still could have should have done more to prepare.. we could wait until saddam hussein completes his weapons program, and then nukes a few cities to decide we have enough evidence on hand to go after him.

  ok how far in history should we go back ? either we hold every country that acted against humanity in the last 100 years accoutable or none. you cannot say germany, japan, russia, hussein were bad for what they did but in the case of the US, israel, britain say it was either correct or just tooo long ago.

  the jewish world congress declared war on germany after hitler was elected and they put a boykott on germany. it was also the jewish lobby that was interested to get the US into the war and that greatly profited from the war. this is not an excuse for what happened however, to say they were absolutely innocent is not correct. also of course the average jew had nothing to do with the actions of the jewish world congress...but neither did the average german has something to do with what happened during the war.

  if hussein gets a nuke he might invade another arab country...that is true however unlikely. does that give the US the right to intervene? wouldn't that have given the rest of the world the right to bomb israel for it occupation of the arab territories? or france, britain for their colonies? in what respect is that different?

  if the new world hope no longer existed, would everyone leave?

  would some stay?

  what do you think the reaction of the dubs would be if the new light was no armaggedon and no "new system"?

  wouldn't money only be of interest if a few guys on the top of the hirachy would get rich? the money is put into the organization...so no one actually profits from this. or???

  i have a short question.. while you were in the truth would have been impressed by the quotes on the quotes.jehovahswitnesses.com page about 1914 and all the other wrong prophecies or would you have simply ignored or denied the accuracy of the quotes?.

  would that have caused doubts or would you have found a way to rationalize the obvious lies?.

  Nuke Plant Safety Update

  i have posted on this topic a few times since 9/11.

  the issue has surfaced again recently because it has been learned that the al qaeda network initially planned to attack us nuclear plants before deciding on the world trade center.

  the current concern is infiltration by a reporter and his access to the reactor area.

  very interesting...i always assumed a complete meltdown would cause the destruction of the building.

  why would hussein attack the us? that would be idiotic since it would mean his certain destruction.

  the result of arabs having a nuclear weapon would be a stalemate between the US and Israel and the arabs on the other side.

  in this situation the US could not longer do what they wanr...they would have to make agreements with the arabs. i don't think that would be the end of the world.

  i agree. i am sure the power plants are 99.999% safe.

  one question..where did you hear that the dome would contain a meltdown? from what i know a meltdown would cause the building to collaps (as in chernobyl).
