IronClad, how is that info wrong?
As a person with no health insurance, I earn too much to get any assistance. I am a college student that works, I am not considered independant so my parents income is used against me. I live on my own, pay my own bills, taxes, etc. Too poor for a certain prescription drug I need ($200/mo) so my lovely doctor just keeps giving me samples..otherwise I am way too poor. I can barely afford heating. But if I have to pay $800, $400 a month, for health insurance...then I will just have to try very hard to not get cancer!!!

Fifty Per Cent Of Personal Bankruptcy Claims in US Due To Medical Costs
by hillary_step ini was stunned by this dismal piece that i read in forbes magazine recently.
coming from the uk it is astonishing to me that an affluent nation as is the us, cannot provide better protection for the health and welfare of its citizens.
i was especially astonished by the fact that insurance companies withdraw their coverage while a person is sick and in need of help.

im allowed to go to prom now
by crizlee inbut i have no date :/ .
the girl that i met at the beginning of the school year who got me into partying and just having fun isnt with me anymore and ive been upset about that a few months, i was planning on asking her to prom but it was too late.
i see a few girls that i want to ask out, but i dont know if they're single or not or if it would just come off being wierd stalkerish since its the middle of the year and ive never really talked to them much.

I had to sneak out to go to my prom! My senior prom was the funnest high school moment for me, so you have to go whether you have a date or not. Just ask a girl and be upbeat and friendly about it. Ask all the girls if you have to :) HAVE FUN!

Did I challenge my JW husband too much?
by wordlywife inin case all of you don't know, i'm married to a wonderful jw man, for a few years now.
he was reinstated ater we were married.
anyway, i have children from a previous marriage and at times disagree with my husband on discipline, how things are explained, etc.

worldlywife, I am glad you have been able to talk on this somewhat. Giving ones partner the cold sholder is childish and does not solve anything...I am so glad he finally talked!

Oh Jez, I mistyped...I meant to say that my S/O and I are going out to dinner with them, friday night. It will be a good way to get closer to my sister and also get to know this guy further. They were over today to use my computer, and just chat (and my sister needed to do laundry). My dog really likes him and she is a good judge of character. :)

I downloaded a whole bunch and I am now caught up. But I missed episode 11, still on the lookout for a download. But I can watch it from the TV now that I am caught up. I LOVE THIS SHOW. That and Law & Order are the only shows I watch.
