Physically in mentally agnostic ie sitting on the fence

hi everyone i’m not pimi or pimo i’m pima.. i don’t think the gb have everything right but i’m sitting on the fence that maybe they do some things.. if the great trib starts i will jump that side of the fence.. this is a definite little sneaky advantage dodging but even by their own doctrine last min some could come in.. i suspect many are like me.. i spent years in bethel and am very disappointed and disillusioned by it all.. but at the end of the day i love the bible and think it is the word of god and i don’t see any other religion that comes as close to what jesus describes his true followers or who are fulfilling mat 24:14..

I was reading about PIMI, PIMO, POMO, PIMA, I figure PIMA is really OM, out mentally if they acknowledge to themselves they are agnostic. Then when the picket fence gets so high, then they have to re-evaluate their "stance" on being agnostic, can they stay or is it time to leave physically.

Blondie Where I am right now is very happy sitting on the fence. It’s taken years to get here and now I’m at the acceptance stage.

I am comfortable with not knowing the entire truth and I really am at peace with that.

On these very forums there are some atheists and some who do believes the Bible, there is a lot of confusion but I’m very wary of those who talk as if they definitely know the truth.

Statements like “evolution has been proven now” just makes someone kind like an uneducated idiot

I don’t think any of us know the truth and if we are all honest we would admit this.

I love the Bible I think it’s beneficial to study it. Is there more to the story? Yes absolutely. Does anyone know the entire truth? Absolutely not.

I genuinely enjoy going to meetings and having associations even going on the ministry groups (even though we only do ten mins these days)

I suspect the Governing body are wrong about many things but they could be right about some things none of us can say for sure.

I am happy being physically in and mentally agnostic. Living the best life I can enjoying the congregation but I suspect I will grow old as Armageddon won’t be coming in my life.

If I’m wrong and the witnesses were right (unlikely) then even their doctrine allows for those sitting on the fence as long as they are inside to jump that side of the fence last minute 🤣

i remember the last in person meetings before went to zoom, none of us were wearing facemasks and i thought why is the org so late with this.

they just announced older ones shouldn’t come but most large organisations had already stopped in person.

does anyone remember Jack Dowson? He was always known for his drinking whiskey like it bear. Bevan Vigo who looked like an insect and was always talking about them.

Dennis Dutton who looked like he was pregnant

In Bethel office there was Steve Morris and the others

Phil Marsh was always overseer of the dinning room and he was another one who had a Rolex for every day of the week.

They could all take one of the Bethel cars and disappear somewhere for long times

Then the next week we had an announcement to meet in peoples homes we were all swashed in coughs and sneezing still no recommended face masks or anything like that when everyone else had been for weeks.

now coming out of it they are once again really late.

they were late implementing restrictions and then kept them in place for far too long. Now they are slow resuming bethel tours and acting like we are still in the pandemic

they are always so late with everything ⏰

I seem to remember the 1990s being mentioned as a cut off point for the overlapping. So as long as you were ‘called for the heavenly hope’ before 1990s you could be overlapping generation.

I can see this being changed to born before the 1990s which will give them a couple more decades before they have to admit they were wrong about the overlapping new light.

The next new light may be something about a generation could be 100years or more from 1914 but that would be hard to explain and we are already way past 100 years and that generation has all passed away.

didn't know silicon valley bank was so important for start-ups....now there's some sort of contagion, people taking their money from regional banks to the big banks.

I remember the feeling waiting in line Northern Rock trying to get my savings and then being told sorry we all couldn’t withdraw our funds “but don’t worry your funds are guaranteed” it took over a year to get our funds back and this caused so many problems for us
