Craziest thing you ever saw in a KH?

i did this in my facebook group for my podcast and it was fun.. so what's the craziest thing you ever saw?.

for me it was watching a brother have a heart attack during the meeting in the auditorium.

i was a kid and noticed him shaking and acting strange.

There was a sis with bipolar in the Cong and a bro was giving a public talk about marriage and she stood up and shouted hypocrite you bunch of hypocrites and the bro just said please don't tell my wife.

Another time a couple came in the k/hall on a Thursday night under the influence of drink with cans of beer and they sat at the back of the hall just chatting among themselves then there was a question and answer item and the man put his hand up and the bro took his hand and he then went on a drunken ramble.

what does everyone think will happen next on the back of the coronavirus pandemic?.

these are my suggestions;.

1) coronavirus will have a disproportionate effect on jw ‘growth’ countries like in south america and africa.

Agree with 1-4 about growth, meeting attendance, field service and local increase but we can be sure the GB will put a spin on the numbers that there has been growth in numbers in all aspects showing jahs still blessings them in the last of the last of the last days

Why do the Elders stress the importance of meeting attendance....

why do the elders always stress to the rank and file members of the congregation how important meeting attendance is, as well as the importance of always paying attention to every word that's being presented from the slave?

but then, during the meeting, they rarely sit and pay attention themselves to the wonderful spiritual banquet being presented?

they always seem so busy, don't they?

is it me who thinks this.......jw pimi or pomi women lack natural affection toward there children, family and human's.. it must be the indoctrination that strips these emotions.

i see it in my wife all the time, when she talks with non jw people she is like "meh" i got to talk with you.. when she talks with jw people, she has a cult emotion like "yes my people" .

she is screwed in the head, the more that time goes by i want to leave her and get a divorce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having left a abusive wife ,I would advise you to call a domestic abuse helpline for men they will listen and give you good advice , but in JW land you will still be the bad one

All the best , glad you still got your boys , my wife has turned them against me but the good thing is there not in the cult.

uk court case - does anyone know if there are actual court cases docs online to do with a may 12th news item on the watchtower's official website?.

the news item says that the court of appeal of england and wales dismissed an application to appeal a decision of the high court upholding the watchtower's right to follow bible directives regarding disfellowshipping.. it's proving difficult to find online docs about this..

Even if true in a court of law would it be true in the court of public opinion.

Another heart-worming story

today, i got an email from an old friend with a story told by brother andre ramseyer who attended training at patterson in england.

a service dog regularly attended the meetings with his owner.

when the owner passed away, the dog was given to another blind man.

I got sent the same experience the guide dogs former owner was a bro who's routine was to attend the meeting on a regular basis , then when he passed away the dog was then given to another blind person who took him to the k/hall and he got a warm welcome then started a study ,

Probably things elaborated each time it's passed on like Chinese whispers .
