  Nobody should be baptized untill at least 18 years old into a religion that has policies that could lead them to being ostrasised when they have grown up.

  as far as i know, the "creation" book is out of print ?, am i right?.

  well, i was searching for new watchtower articles trying to debunk, for instance, human evolution.

  so, i did my homework, for the first time, so as to read past and updated papers and books on human evolution.

  I was on the ministry with a brother while I was still a active " publisher " and he said to a householder we don't believe in evolution , the man looked at us like we were a pair of idiots , I had to chip in and say we do as I had been studying micro evolution /adaptation at the time and it sounds really dumb saying I don't believe in evolution full stop . I just lack knowledge of macro evolution at the minute as I've never read up on that as I've only read the society's publications on it

  If the WT is a "money making machine"...who gets the money?

  i've seen claims over the years that wt is in the real estate, book publishing business and is a for profit enterprise at it's core.. can those of you that believe this to be the case tell me who benefits from all this wealth?.

  the governing body lives in relatively humble conditions no?.

  i've been curious about this for a while.

  I would be interested in reading the request by an African brother to his government for assistance , I assumed the money was used in poorer areas I don't "know " it is I just guessed I'm currently applying critical thought to my beliefs, so any info appreciated .

  They use the money to balance out the needs of those publishers/ congregations in poorer,/developing countries I would guess

  romans 13 : 1-7 "let every soul be in subjection to the superior authorities" etc,"the existing authourities stand placed in their relative positions by god" 2".therefore he who opposers the authourity has taken a stand against the arrangement of god ,those who have taken a stand against it will recieve judgement to themselves "etc,etc,.."..to him who calls for honour such honour.".

  isnt this plainly stating that christians should be supporting and playing along with the governments of this sytem of things ?

  that it is in fact an arrangement of god ?

  So what happens at the end when everything is accomplished an angel pops up and says " they would have succeeded if you hadn't confused the languages at Babel ! " ?

  Would that be a reasonable point ?
