  The Watch Tower 1865, published by J.F. Shaw & Co., for the proprietors of "The Watch Tower", 158 Fleet Street, London. Sold at all booksellers and railway book stores during the mid to late 1860's.

  This volume of The Watch Tower was first published on March 29, 1865, for the benefit of learned members of the Anglican Church. Some highlights include the poems "On The Watch Tower" (page 167) and "The Light-Bearers" (page 279).

  The Watch Tower volume of 1865 (417 pages) has been recently scanned into PDF by Google as part of a project to make the world's books discoverable online. The document comprises 417 pages in total.

  This volume was not published or produced by the Watch Tower Society (Jehovah's Witnesses/Bible Students) or any of theire predecessors.

  Also available for downloading is a full size cover of Volume 1, Number 1, and the contents pages.

Struggling with her faith, Trish abandoned the Watchtower Society and whilst recuperating in hospital following a significant breast cancer operation she made a life changing decision.

  Backstory: In 2010 the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York seized control of millions of dollars of prime real estate assets belonging to the Menlo Park Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, California, by forcefully removing the body of elders and dispersing the congregation. Money invested by the congregation was also removed from their bank accounts by Watchtower representatives. Those within the congregation that objected to this were threatened with disfellowshipping. Those congregation members who actually spoke up against the scandal were later disfellowshipped.

  Allegations of corruption, collusion, banking fraud, and a “money laundering scheme” have since been leveled against the Watchtower Tower Bible and Tract Society of New York, their lawyers, and their bankers.
