  i talked to my jw friend today.

  she and her husband were studied with by larry graham, in california, about 10 years ago, or more.

  i asked if she knew anything about prince being a jw, and she said that their son went to visit the grahams in minnesota a year ago, and met prince at their home, and that he had been studying then, for about a year.

  i wonder what the percentage is of ex-jws who become involved in other organized religions.

  i had a discussion with a psychiatrist friend recently.

  he told me that i am a "psychiatric anamoly," that most "devout" people who leave a religion will join another and become as devout in their new religion.

  what happens if someone actually takes the bible serious?

  really acts upon its message?

  history have provided us with many examples of this and the watchtower societies second president personally had one particularly spectatcular go at it.. the watchtower society second president j. f. rutherford was in a hurry to get the new system going while he was still alive.

  That was both hilarious and sad at the same time. Rutherford's idiocy and the whole John and Eunice scenario were hilarious, and people actually going along with that crap and taking it seriously is sad.

  Thanks for the post. How embarrassed the WT should be when they read what their founders made their followers adhere to. Not that what they expect their followers to believe today is any less idiotic. Chumps.
