  well as i hit the 200th post since joining this board i must say i never thought i could learn so much about the wts as i have since coming here.

  First 6 Chapters

  i just finished the first 6 chapters of crisis of conscience and even though i've been out of the borg for 13 years and haven't really believed in the teachings etc.. in a couple of years or so all i can really say is damn!.

  it is truly amazing what goes on up there in good ole brooklyn and so shameful that so many people are bamboozled (sp) by this group.

  anyway, just wanted to post my initial thoughts as i still have half a book to read .

  Finally Did It

  well i finally ordered crisis of conscience.

  even though i've been da'd since 1989 the truth is that i always considered it to still be the truth up until a couple of years ago when i started researching more through sites like this.

  i never got around to getting my hands on that book though, and now can't wait until it arrives.

  being new here and reading some of the stories here i thought i would add mine.

  not being as dramatic as some of them out there still thought i would share:).

  i was born a jw as my mom was raised one from the time she was a toddler.
