  Gas Prices

  we have been informed in dayton that gas prices will go up by midnight by 4 dollars a gallon.

  i hope this is another false alarm, but i am filling up in either case.

  I talked this morning with the owner of the gas station where my SIL bought his gas yesterday. The owner is going to refund the difference between what he charged and what the others in town were charging yesterday, which was nearly 1.00 per gallon! So it pays to get mad and take action. I wrote to the local news last night about it. And if he hadn't given the money back, I was prepared to file a formal complaint with the State Atty General. Get mad and fight back, America!

  Poor kid, he was on his way home from work, was out of gas, and didn't realize that the ones just up the road were charging their usual prices. I'm going to raise hell with that owner tomorrow, plus I wrote the local newspaper editor tonight, and I'll report it to the Attorney General's office!

  In Ozark, Mo, there was ONE station that took down their price signs and started gouging away, Big Al's. They charged 2.69 per gallon while all the other's were charging 1.58-1.69 per. My son in law was on empty and had to stop there. 40.00 for 14 gallons of gas! 1 1/2 hours later, their gas signs were back up for 1.89! I called the station and raised hell. They told me I would have to call the owner in the morning. These idiots are trying to earn themselves a golden nose at the American people's expense. They should be handed over to Osama Ben Laden to do what he wants with them!

  have anybody but me been wondering why so many people and new posters pop up from nowhere the last weeks, attacking all and everyone?

  i find this interesting; since its obvious the attackers do have a special agenda.

  i'm getting ready to catch my flight to the usa in four days, so i won't be around much, needless to say.

  i've spent the past week packing and setting up my laptop so i'll be able to hook back up when i get across the water.

  how do you pack three years of life into four suitcases?

  Thanks, Tina and Tracy! I'll be in Missouri, then, once hubby's visa comes through and he joins me, we'll be heading up to Oregon direction. I might get in a side trip to Texas while I'm at it. :-)

  How do you pack three years of life into four suitcases? We'll be storing alot of it at our beach house for the next couple of years until we return to the land of Oz. Guess I'll go get ready to climb into my balloon!

  should the society be entitled to 'ecclesiatic privilege' as are other religions?.
