by Robert_V_Frazier ini'm passing this along from someone else on another discussion board.

A modest proposal
by Robert_V_Frazier inno, all of you jonathan swift fans, i'm not proposing that we start eating jw's.
they probably taste terrible, anyway.. .
i propose that the society extend its disfellowshipping policy, and start formally disfellowshipping "old light" expired dogmas.

JW botany
by Robert_V_Frazier inhttp://www.christiandiscussionforums.org/v/showthread.php?p=27481#poststop .
in which a gung-ho jw apologist tells us that an adult plant has different dna from that of the seed it grew from.. .
because grown-up plants don't look like big seeds, and the watchtower once quoted from an article in the world book encyclopedia mentioning "chemical changes" in a germinating seed!.

"How is the Kingdom Hall abusive?"
by Robert_V_Frazier insometimes i get a question that just stuns me.
this one was from a self-described "ex-jw" who says he was disfellowshipped for some ethical lapse or some such.
he thinks there's nothing at all wrong with the watchtower society, just something wrong with him.

Documenting the 2-witness rule applies to child abuse
by Robert_V_Frazier inover at carm, corvus the jw defender from australia is loudly proclaiming that the two-witness rule is never applied when an allegation of child abuse is made.
i pointed out in some detail that the nov. 1, 1995 watchtower article "comfort for those with a 'stricken spirit'", in the section "what can elders do?
" most definitely does teach that:
