  This is truly sickening.

  The WTS aquired this building and many others on the backs of many JW's hard work and monies.

  Now they are going to sell it to the highest bidder and where will that money go?

  Who will receive that money?

  I am all for the separation of Church and State, the this gov't should monitor what these relgious organizations are doing with all the monies they collect as "contributions' and 'donations' and stop making them exempt from revealing their entire financial disclosures.

  do you tend to multi-task or hone in one job, giving it your full concentration until its finished?.

  would you say your ability/inability to multi-task is an attribute or a curse?.

  the reason i ask is that i seem to have a very short attention span.

  Now that I am working in the Mortgage business, I see how so many go sucked into the subprime mess.

  As I stated in a previous post, right now FHA loans are the way to go if you are in financial trouble, have a home, and need help.

  Also, reverse mortgages for those 62 years of age an older are a better fix.

  Anyone can pm me and I will tell you how either the FHA loan or reverse mortgage loans can help you, if you want.

  I was one of the many thousands that took part in the 1st renovation of the Stanley Theatre in NJ and we were definitely caught up in the 'hype' of the renovation and how it was bringing so much glory to Jah's honor and praise, etc, etc, etc.

  Part of the renovation included some of us assigned to go to 360 Furman Street Building to clean the chandelier parts, etc.......which we did so proudly.........that we were going to the famous Bethel to do work...........what a bunch of garbage now looking back in hindsight.

  The bottom line is that the WTS took advantage of our resources, money, and time and we allowed it.

  Cults will do that sort of thing.....................
