famous jehovahs witnesses

this is my first post.. when i was still a witness myself, there were some perennial stories regarding 'famous' jehovahs witnesses or ex's.

does anyone know any truth or have any proof about the following: hank marvin, cliff richard and more importantly, the man who hit the gong in the 'rank' movies?.

My wife: I have never restricted your beliefs!

You have never been a JW!

You have no idea what it is like to be a JW!

Standard issue, I know!

But how do you answer them?

My JW wife is intent on bringing them up as little JW's.

I do not want that, of course.

So, has anybody got ANY idea how to control this situation? Has anybody had sucess with this type of problem?

Where is the evidence

many of you make claim that god does not exist, you say that you found your evidence in the bible, what i want to know is where is the evidence.

i am not interested in just mere thoughts but actuall evidence

i find all the different aliases people use on here to be pretty entertaining.. what does your name mean to you?

why did you choose it?.

i assume teenyuck, for example = tina spoke by a young child.

status quo and Modus Operandi? Well, that's me! I am the Spanner in the Works of my local Watchtower community!

Also, a spanner (or "wrench" in US lingo) is used to undo nuts and screws!

A little history on the Bible

many minds go only as far as believing it was simply a compilation of god ordained books that we have to this day.

please, y'all out there..congratulate dansk on becoming a jedi master.. since we've been out (feb 03) this board and all you lovely people on it have been the greatest source of inspiration to both dansk and myself.

you'll never realise how much you have helped us to cope with the whole ordeal.

so reaching his jedi status is a real milestone.. you're all life-savers and you didn't even know it!!!.
