  Kaytee & Twink's "Resignation" letter

  this was the second letter given to elders that turned out to be a "resignation" letter.

  this was, as you will see, because they chose not to answer any of our questions.

  the reason we are posting our letter, is because it is now obvious (by personal experiences) that ones who we thought were our friends are now choosing to shun us.

  Dear Reniaa,

  Of course it is a cut and paste letter, replying to statements made by the Wts, what better way of proving the hypocrisies of the Org., than by using their OWN material, you would not want me to use apostate material from elsewhere, that might have dubious backgrounds would you?

  Question;

  1…Is it wrong to use material sourced from the Wts Archives/library?

  2 …Do you NOT believe the statements laid out in our letter?

  3…Are you NOT going to answer questions 1 and 2

  WTS causing more anguish

  i don't really know where to start on my first post; i feel i have so much to say and yet i am so emotionally tired that it is hard to go through it all again in my head.

  but, i do need support and advice and so i will make the effort.. i started having doubts about certain beliefs of the witnesses about 2 years ago and did research since that i now come to the belief there is no god, and witnesses definitely are a cult.. at first it bothered me more on the god issue, but now i am more bothered by the cult issue, mainly because it dictates my life even though i am aware of it.. when i was a child, my mother and father divorced and my mother told me i will live with my father because she was going to die at armageddon being a non witness.

  i think, as well as many other pressures i cant list for fear of a very long post, this was the main pressure that made me get baptized even though i wasn't that happy being a witness.

  I understand how you feel regarding your whole spiritual experience.

  The illustration of the two goldfish in the bowl might help;

  One day one of the goldfish said "I’m going to become an atheist".

  The other one turned round and said " that’s all right, but WHO is going to change the water"

  If you really look deep into creation you will see there is a designer /creator and we do need him.

  You don’t need the "watchtower" to worship Jehovah, (in my own personal opinion) you don’t need any structured Org. to do that.

  if a paedophile commits a crime against a junior there has to be, according to the watchtower two witnesses for action to be taken.. if one party of a marriage commits adultery, does there have to be the same, (two witnesses) before action is taken?.

  "People who support Pedophiles,are as guilty as Pedophiles....."

  In the case of Ely, who would not take action against his sons when they were doing gross actions against God. (when he should have).

  God himself stepped in and took the necessary action against Ely. (we know what happened).

  Let us hope that the same principle applies to those, that take NO ACTION , against those offending paedophiles!!! (When it is obvious they should).

  2Tim 2v5, Moreover, if anyone contends even in the games, he is not crowned unless he has contended according to the rules!!!

  The rules are quite clear, you use the bible, but not to use scripture to blanket anything and everything.

  There are many examples showing that clear scripture has to have an element of common sense applied to them.

  Getting back to adultery by one partner in a marriage, there have been thousands of disfellowshiped ones that haven't had two witnesses to the event, but have still been disfellowshiped.

  This allows paedophiles a wonderful way of evading capture!!!!

  Big Tex,

  I could have done with you when I was incarcerated in the Org. I had many a fall out with them, but even when things were black and white, and you thought you had a stone wall case against them, there was a complete lack of strong brothers who had the courage to speak out.

  That is why all these unchristian acts will keep happening, the majority of those brothers are either weak, or controlled by fear.

  Mr. Flipper Talks with Bethel Legal Service Desk Rep About JW Child Abuse

  well - i had been wanting to do this for a long time , to question a legal department representative at bethel about the child abuse settlements and jw child abuse, since last year when the news came out about it.

  especially since my dad , an elder for years was never aware of it and has on his own taken steps to see that families with children are informed if a former pedophile is in their congregation.

  i was curious as to what the current views and policies in place are .

  I think one of the saddest things about this whole paedophile thing, is when the victim allows himself or herself to be bought out (silenced).

  It would make it so much easier to bring this filthy act within congregations to a head, if many had the courage to stand up for principles rather than money.

  It would show them up to be what they are, it might even bring many witnesses to their senses and out of the clutches of these organisations.

  "You have missed an important point, two witnesses are required to take THEOCRATIC action."

  Are you saying that the Org. and all the elders are making the rules up as they go along, dear dear dear.

  You’ll be saying that they aren’t GLORIOUS ONES next !!!

  Princes of that new system, wonderful loving shepherds, and many other depletives they give themselves deardeardear.
