  April 15th WT- Satan = Apostates = Critical Towards Brothers = Shun Them

  one of my wife and my lurking jw friends sent us this article which has some very pointed words in it inciting all jehovah's witnesses to take an even harder line view of apostates in this recent april 15th wt.. on pg.

  Flipper,

  WT society is clamping down messages into the witnesses minds that by just being critical of anybody who is a witness - it's tantamount to being apostate ! Which turns a person into Satan,

  I am absolutely ashamed of being involved in the past with such a judgmental corrupt Org.

  My wife’s mother (93 years) has dementia / alzeimers, as a consequence she finds it even difficult to make herself a cup of tea.

  We decided to bring her down and live with us from (200miles away).

  The family has suffered in many ways, but we knew this was the correct thing to do.

  The wife’s brother (a Jw who reminded me he was the head of the family over words we had) lives in Spain "where the need is great………………. " and sunny!!!!! Has never discussed this move or even thanked us for doing this for his mother, he phones her once a week for two minutes to ease his conscience.

  Anyone who has done this, knows that it can be very restricted, Our life has changed in many ways because of this, my wife and I have never been out together since, just can’t leave her on her own.

  As a Jw he will be saved at the coming tribulation, but we Satan’s offspring will be destroyed

  should elders be held financially responsible for actions and decisions that they get wrong?

  in my very last congregation we needed some form of heating, in the body of elders there was no air condition expertise at all.. this did not stop them buying a 3,500 unit for this purpose, there was at the time two refrigeration engineers in the hall (myself and another), we were not approached for our input into this purchase.. the outcome was as usual a complete white elephant, it did not work.

  3,500 pounds lost.

  The congregation could sue the Elders under common law, and perhaps win. Most congregations have a corporate charter that directs the Elders to obtain a vote from the congregation on financial matters,

  When in my very last congregation the elders PURCHASED a new kingdom hall, they exchanged contracts BEFORE putting this motion to the congregation, only AFTER the vote did they say that the contracts had been signed. ( I have this on tape)

  WHO AGAIN WOULD HAVE BEEN HELD RESPONSIBLE if the vote had gone the other way.

  It was a hall of two parts the top part was used for the meetings, which meant that the disabled could NOT get up there to participate in the meeting.

  They were given a T.V. downstairs and a microphone in which to answer in watchtower sessions.THIS I’M SURE WENT AGAINST THE U.K. DISABILITY ACT.

  The outcome was as usual a complete white elephant, IT DID NOT WORK. £3,500 pounds lost. There was no reimbursement because of there decision to buy.

  The irony of this was that the other engineer offered to the elders a complete LPG system at no cost plus free installation by some of us.

  THIS WAS NOT PUT TO THE CONGREGATION

  Should elders make a decision when they do not have the skill to do it, and if they do, should they be held responsible for any costs involved? if they work for a company they would get the sack.

  Is Being A Snitch A Popular Activity In The Kingdub?

  how often do dubs hear someone snitch about a wrong doing from a brother or sister?.

  how often do you hear of a snitch going to the elders to stir up a lynch mentality against a brother or sister?.

  is there some points being earned for all this or do they think jehovah will reward them for being a snitch?.

  It is something they positively encourage;

  There was a time when a sister was moving house, she was disabled, her was husband was in a disfellowshiped state, he was working and could not find the time.

  My wife and I helped out with all the packing and moving, as she could not even bend to pick up things.

  As we were taking things to the van, we were seen by a m/s who promptly told the elders that I was associating with the enemy!!!

  The Glorious ones tried to have a go, but as usual came off worse.

  that's what happened to me during this week's bs about how to "treat the disfellowshipped"?.

  i just picked up my bag and stormed out...... will i get called into the back room?.

  Yes a few times,

  One time I had put my hand up in the watchtower session, sitting right in front of the elder taking it ( this elder I disliked, a really bigoted judgmental person BD )

  The subject was about lying, the elder thought he knew what I was going to say (slap the elders down ) so he ignored my hand.

  I felt there was a stand off here,

  , so what I did was to keep my hand up all through this question even when he was looking around for hands AND whilst questions and answers were being given.

  He refused to take my answer, at the end of that question I walked out.

  At the end of the meeting my wife ripped into him, BIG TIME

  That was really funny, TRUE but funny.

  I found you can get away with saying things to anybody that doesn’t come over in an offensive way.

  It is a good excuse for any failure you may have.

  On the other hand it cuts down on ambitions

  The only ambition I have now ……….is to wake up in the morning
