  NEW NWT'S Distributed at 2013 Conventions?

  chatter on the street is that there exists a very high possiblility of the new newworld translation being distributed.

  it comes from a reliable sources, but who knows.

  has anyone heard anything about this?.

  There was a new Bible released at the latest DC, but it was released invisibly.

  The Witnesses are thrilled to have such a wonderful new tool and will use it extensively to confirm all the new teachings coming from the GB.

  it tells us that:.

  So there are the firstfruits, then the overly ripe harvest, then the ripe harvest which gets destroyed.

  The firstfruits are the 144,000, the overly ripe are the earthly class and the ripe ones are the worldy ones.

  Just trying to get my head around the descriptions.

  recently, we were challenged when we told someone that the wt itself says that it is not inspired, and we then were asked is that something you recently started to believe?.

  Is "Old Light" really called independent thinking?

  when "old light" becomes "new light" sometime down the line the "new light" will eventually become old.

  i do realize the superiors use passages (aka word magic) to explain such a big change.

  what would be the difference between holy spirit revelation vs. man's opinion in this particular situation?

  the drama continues, i log on to facebook this morning and notice that i have about 20 some odd personal messages from people calling me an apostate to they will return to me when i return to jehovah.. all of this based upon my brother informing others that i have "apostate thoughts".

  my mother also encourage long-time famil friends to "unfriend" me because i have taken my stand on the side of satan... wow.

  don't you just love this international brotherhood.

  i have been lurking here for months now, and i just decided to post here and actually interact with this community.

  i have a very specific/unordinary life, so i will not divulge too much information to protect my privacy.

  i am a baptized publisher who is under the age of 25 who attends college, and i do have responsiblities within the congregation.

  In 20 years time when all of the educated ones in the WTBTS are dead/put out to pasture, they will reverse this teaching and champion the merits of being educated.

  Then all the dubs will say "Yes, that makes sense".
